MARLEX necesita incorporar para líder mundial fabricantes de equipos médicos para su oficina de Madrid un/a Administrativo/a Customer Services y Operaciones DX (Diagnóstico In Vitro ), que se encargue de dar apoyo en procesos administrativos, operativos y de coordinación interna.
Funciones:
- Soporte a la gestión comercial y administrativa de contratos de mantenimiento stand-alone y alquiler en el área de Customer Services, incluyendo el control de facturación y la elaboración de presupuestos en coordinación con el OEM (Operational Service Manager).
- Gestión administrativa de proveedores vinculados al departamento: tramitación de altas, seguimiento y control de facturación.
- Apoyo en la gestión administrativa de los CS Partners .
- Soporte en tareas relacionadas con el sistema de Calidad integrado en el área de Customer Services.
- Soporte administrativo remoto al Centro de Formación de Cornellà de Llobregat , dando apoyo a las necesidades logísticas de los Especialistas de Aplicaciones para formaciones on site a clientes.
- Gestión administrativa de compras de materiales y servicios .
- Elaboración de reportes periódicos sobre la operativa del departamento.
- Apoyo en tareas organizativas como reserva de salas, coordinación de eventos, catering y compras excepcionales , según necesidades de los Managers del área.
- Soporte a la gestión de tareas y procesos en SAP (p58) relacionadas con Customer Services.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Experiencia previa en tareas administrativas gestión y control de facturación en departamentos comerciales, de atención al cliente, gestión de proveedores o servicios.
- Experiencia en soporte administrativo remoto y coordinación con equipos multisede.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas ofimáticas
- Conocimientos SAP
- Retribución anual: 28.586,67 €+Comidas+Teletrabajo
- Jornada Laboral: Lunes a Jueves 8:00 a 16:55 incluyendo una pausa de comida mínima de 20 min y máxima de 60 min y con una flexibilidad de entrada desde las 8:00-9:30. Viernes 8:00-14:45

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Project Manager to join our CS Laboratory Solutions Team in Spain .
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of automation systems and analyzer instrumentation projects in clinical diagnostic laboratories, ensuring the seamless integration of our solutions and products in alignment with customer contracts and guidelines.
As a Project Manager , your main mission will be to mark milestones in the execution of assigned projects.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from bid clarification to successful customer handover ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards. Acting as the central point of contact, you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and business partners.
During the sales phase, you will be responsible for clarifying technician requirements, defining timelines, and contributing to budget estimations for the proposal.
In the implementation phase, you will define technical requirements, coordinate site readiness, agree on the transition plan, and validate proposals in collaboration with the hospital's infrastructure departments ensuring all customer needs are addressed from the tender phase to the go live.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define the technical requirements for installation and ensure the site is adequately prepared.
- Define the project scope and implementation phases, establish timelines, and ensure milestones are achieved while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between customers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Support Sales in the Bid Qualification (BQ) phase by assessing project deliverables, customer requirements, feasibility, and third-party suppliers cost estimation for the bid offer.
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee installation, site readiness, and commissioning of third-party services, ensuring smooth system delivery and validation.
- Guarantee system functionality, oversee clinical validation, and secure customer acceptance for project closure.

Quality : Driving Quality assurance throughout the process ensuring customer satisfaction through timely implementation of the sales contract.
Budget : Ensuring financial budget adherence and avoiding non-conformance costs.

Basic knowledge of AI will be considered a plus.

MARLEX necesita incorporar para líder mundial fabricantes de equipos médicos para su oficina de Madrid un/a Administrativo/a Customer Services y Operaciones DX (Diagnóstico In Vitro ), que se encargue de dar apoyo en procesos administrativos, operativos y de coordinación interna.
Funciones:
- Soporte a la gestión comercial y administrativa de contratos de mantenimiento stand-alone y alquiler en el área de Customer Services, incluyendo el control de facturación y la elaboración de presupuestos en coordinación con el OEM (Operational Service Manager).
- Gestión administrativa de proveedores vinculados al departamento: tramitación de altas, seguimiento y control de facturación.
- Apoyo en la gestión administrativa de los CS Partners .
- Soporte en tareas relacionadas con el sistema de Calidad integrado en el área de Customer Services.
- Soporte administrativo remoto al Centro de Formación de Cornellà de Llobregat , dando apoyo a las necesidades logísticas de los Especialistas de Aplicaciones para formaciones on site a clientes.
- Gestión administrativa de compras de materiales y servicios .
- Elaboración de reportes periódicos sobre la operativa del departamento.
- Apoyo en tareas organizativas como reserva de salas, coordinación de eventos, catering y compras excepcionales , según necesidades de los Managers del área.
- Soporte a la gestión de tareas y procesos en SAP (p58) relacionadas con Customer Services.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Experiencia previa en tareas administrativas gestión y control de facturación en departamentos comerciales, de atención al cliente, gestión de proveedores o servicios.
- Experiencia en soporte administrativo remoto y coordinación con equipos multisede.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas ofimáticas
- Conocimientos SAP
- Retribución anual: 28.586,67 €+Comidas+Teletrabajo
- Jornada Laboral: Lunes a Jueves 8:00 a 16:55 incluyendo una pausa de comida mínima de 20 min y máxima de 60 min y con una flexibilidad de entrada desde las 8:00-9:30. Viernes 8:00-14:45
