¿Qué harás en el día a día?

  • Dinamizar comunidades y cuidar el tono de marca.
  • Crear, programar y optimizar contenido.
  • Gestionar campañas de paid media y medir impacto.
  • Analizar métricas y proponer mejoras.
  • Usar IA/automatizaciones para ganar eficiencia.


¿Qué buscamos?

  • E+3 años gestionando RRSS de marcas.
  • Dominio de plataformas y herramientas (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conocimientos en paid media y analítica.
  • Curiosidad y familiaridad con herramientas de IA, Agentes y automatizaciones: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, CapCut o similares.
  • Ganas de experimentar y aprender.

Your Role


Content Coordination & Publishing

  • Collaborate with the Content Team to schedule and publish approved content (10 local offices + global brand/HR).
  • Collaborate with Content Team to produce and adapt content for social media channels
  • Ensure messaging aligns with the premium positioning of the brand and meets local office needs.
  • Support local offices in adapting and optimizing content for their audiences.


Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media accounts (10 local offices + global brand/HR).
  • Build strong, positive relationships with followers, clients, and prospects, ensuring timely and personalized responses.
  • Manage reputation by identifying and escalating sensitive issues.


Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement, growth, and sentiment across channels.
  • Provide feedback and insights to refine community management strategies.


Brand Advocacy & Consistency

  • Act as the voice of the brand across all digital communities, ensuring a consistent tone and style.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to enhance our brand presence.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social media communities across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a refined, client-first approach.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and workflows simultaneously.
  • Understanding of premium brand positioning and client expectations.

Buscamos talento en Social Media & Content Marketing.
Si te dedicas al marketing digital y las redes sociales, te apasiona crear y gestionar contenido y manejas la inteligencia artificial aplicada al marketing queremos conocerte.

En Internet República ampliamos equipo y colaboradores externos con perfiles senior para trabajar en nuestro área de Social Media & Content Marketing (community managers, UGC, influencers, producción.).

¿Qué harás en el día a día?
Dinamizar comunidades y cuidar el tono de marca.
Crear, programar y optimizar contenido.
Gestionar campañas de paid media y medir impacto.
Analizar métricas y proponer mejoras.
Usar IA/automatizaciones para ganar eficiencia.

¿Qué buscamos?
E +3 años gestionando RRSS de marcas.
Dominio de plataformas y herramientas (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Conocimientos en paid media y analítica.
Curiosidad y familiaridad con herramientas de IA, Agentes y automatizaciones: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, CapCut o similares.
Ganas de experimentar y aprender.
