We are looking for a
Business Analyst (Fluent English) !
(FULLREMOTE) . You will be responsible for conducting gap analysis, mapping source systems, ensuring continuous handover, and finalizing requirements. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our BI systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that business needs are properly analyzed and clearly reflected in a way that aligns with the intended solution, translating specific business requirements into a detailed requirements document. Preparation of the requirements document, including a prioritized list of requirements, and ensuring that all changes are properly recorded, managed, and communicated.
Acts as the link between business and IT teams with the objective of continuously seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, deepen relationships, and effectively manage customer expectations.
Requirements:
Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting all necessary information to produce complete and high-quality project requirement documentation. Acquire in-depth knowledge of business needs and potential cross-functional impacts by collaborating with IT teams to determine appropriate internal or external solutions. Adaptive communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and business language, playing a collaborative role in negotiating requirements across multiple stakeholders.

Languages: English B2 Location: FULLREMOTE Schedule : 40h/week (flexible). Friday intensive.
