Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Understand ServiceNow platform, community, and services, including the Citizen Approach.
  • Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform within WSD module and APIs.
  • Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Manage incidents and requests through the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support.
  • Analyze system performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Implement security policies using ACLs, roles, and groups.
  • Document processes and technical solutions.
  • Drive innovative solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop application prototypes and Proof of Concepts on ServiceNow.
  • Present technical solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops focusing on innovation and co-creation.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow developments and external trends.
Experience
  • Over 3 years in ServiceNow development or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML/XML), and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience with ITSM and WSD modules, Citizen development, and ServiceNow development tools.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
  • Experience with Service Portal, custom applications, integrations, and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and ITIL processes.
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
