Position: Amazon Advertising SpecialistLocation: RemoteSalary: €28k-€35k plus benefitsThe RoleWe are looking for an ambitious paid media specialist to join our Amazon advertising team.This role is required due to considerable growth in the client base and the services offered to those clients.The role is suited to someone that loves responsibility, delivering results and is eager to grow their expertise within the Amazon Advertising platform.FordeBaker is based in the UK so employment is based on a permanent freelance contract. All other employee benefits and equipment supply are exactly the same as a normal payroll employee. We cater those services for every client and specialise in working with ambitious brands who desire a higher standard of strategic, commercial and marketing consultancy services.Main responsibilitiesDeveloping and managing Amazon paid search and DSP campaignsReporting and providing deep insights about performanceCreating acquisition plans for new products and pivoting strategies depending on performance.Developing processes and frameworks to constantly improve time efficiency.We will encourage the person that takes the role to also act as a thought-leader internally and externally. We do, however, have some minimum expectationsAt least 3 years experience managing Amazon paid media campaignsExperience analysing performance and creating insightful reportsExperience forecasting budgets and salesAbility to develop campaign strategies for new brands and productsExperience working with different clients at the same time (desirable)Familiarity with Amazon ad management softwareThe type of person will exhibit these behavioursTenacityAmbitionA love of learningNot afraid to try thingsEmbrace challengesInstinct to actPeople that value autonomy, work-life balance and striving to achieve their best work thrive in our company culture.The role is 100% remote. The role is open to anyone in any location. The only limitation is that you must be available to speak with clients in the US, UK and mainland Europe during their normal working hours.Otherwise, there are no set hours and no set ways of doing things.
