What You'll Work On
- Design and implement services and components utilizing Go for cloud-based platforms
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and integrate with APIs that empower to share and utilize their medical data in partner systems
- Design and implement unit testable code that are highly maintainable
- Collaborate directly with InfoSec to design and implement secure solutions
- Collaborate with both internal and external team members to to shape and define API contracts
- Provide new ideas and insight in collaboration with the data services team
- Ensure performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.
- Contribute to significant architectural and operational decisions in collaboration with the Architecture team
- Build out our internal tooling and APIs to make business and engineering processes easier, faster, and safer.
- Implement systemic changes to align existing systems with current architectural goals
- Create diagrams, flowcharts and models that illustrate the internal design and workflow of solution components
- Collaborate as an enaged member of an agile team, realizing features through development, test, and delivery
- Engage in technical planning, design, and code reviews including peer code review of Pull Request
Required Qualifications
- Communicate effectively in both English and regional language
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field
- Software development experience, ideally in Go but also in Python, Rust, Java, Spark, or C#/.NET. A willingness to learn new software development languages to meet goals and objectives
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals and experience with software development
- Eagerness to contribute beyond experience level
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Practical experience and understanding of working with and developing APIs and microservices
- Experience with federation services, including SAML, Reverse Proxy, OAUTH/OIDC is mandatory
- Experience working with both relational and documented oriented datastores such as SQL Server, Postgresql, or MySql
- Comfortable working remotely with a globally distributed team
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Practical Knowledge of Linux.

As a Presales Engineer (Tenable & Cato) , you’ll be working in the technical department in close collaboration with the sales team to promote and support advanced cybersecurity and network solutions. You will be helping customers understand the value of Tenable’s vulnerability management platform and Cato’s SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solution.
You’ll be responsible for delivering tailored demos and presentations, supporting proof-of-concept implementations, and providing expert-level guidance to partners and customers. You’ll also represent our company at technology events and continuously develop your technical knowledge through vendor certifications.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as a technical expert for Tenable and Cato solutions, supporting the sales cycle from qualification to closing,
- Preparing and delivering customized demos, workshops, and technical presentations ,
- Conducting PoC (Proof of Concept) deployments for Tenable and Cato in real customer environments,
- Supporting the sales team in designing solutions and building Bill of Materials (BOMs) ,
- Collaborating with partners and clients to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions,
- Participating in technology fairs, webinars, and training sessions ,
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in cybersecurity and networking through continuous learning and certifications .
What We Are Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity or networking (vulnerability management, cloud security, network access, firewalls, endpoint protection),
- Knowledge of Tenable Nessus and/or Tenable One. Knowledge of other similar vulnerability management platforms will be valued,
- Knowledge of SASE, SD-WAN and/or Zero Trust Networking , ideally with exposure to Cato Networks or similar solutions,
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in technical conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
- Ability to understand complex customer environments and design appropriate technical solutions,
- High motivation to learn and pursue vendor certifications (e.g., Tenable Certified Specialist, Cato Certified Professional) ,
- Willingness to travel across the region and occasionally within EMEA,
- A passion for new technologies and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.

HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD:
This role involves providing technical customer care and sales support, primarily for key service provider accounts across a range of network technologies, including FTTH, FTTA, FTTC (active street cabinets), and railway infrastructure. A strong emphasis is placed on building and maintaining customer relationships to support the specification of projects and solutions under the CommScope brand.
Key responsibilities include the development of new business concepts and the implementation of network architecture designs tailored to the specific needs of key accounts. The role also focuses on promoting and deploying CommScope’s preferred product solutions, encompassing a variety of related activities.
These activities include delivering technical sales presentations to both internal and external audiences, leading customer training sessions and hands-on workshops, and developing customized training materials. Participation in trade shows and product demonstrations is also a significant aspect, along with supporting field trials and guiding customers through the installation of fibre optic and copper products.
Acting as a liaison between internal departments, the role serves as the “voice of the customer,” contributing to the development of new products and solutions, assisting in the creation of specifications, and providing feedback to support portfolio development. It also involves gathering market intelligence on pricing, technology trends, and competitors, as well as offering field input on technology research and standardization.
Additional contributions include supporting marketing initiatives through article writing, customer testimonials, and organizing reference site visits. The role also plays a key part in regional quality management, coordinating efforts between the quality department, product line management, and the customer to ensure high standards are upheld.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• Communications Electronic Engineer, Electrician or Telecommunications Technician.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry.
• Good commercial awareness
• Spanish is mandatory; good English is preferred.
• Experienced user of MS-Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint Excel, Visio)
