Trabajarás con una consultora tecnológica especializada en Salesforce , reconocida en el ecosistema por sus proyectos de alto impacto en España y Latinoamérica.
¿Qué harás?
- Configurar e implementar campañas inteligentes con Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Gestionar módulos clave como Email Studio, Journey Builder y Automation Studio
- Crear contenido dinámico (AMPscript, SQL) y documentar procesos
- Analizar rendimiento y generar insights accionables para clientes
- Trabajar de forma muy cercana con el cliente final (no es un rol generalista)
Qué buscamos
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia con Marketing Cloud (consultoras, ideal)
- Experiencia hands-on (configuración, no solo estrategia)
- Buen nivel de autonomía y resolución de problemas

Posición: IT Consultant – Salesforce Marketing Expert
En esta posición, serás responsable de liderar la implantación de soluciones Salesforce como Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud y Personalization Builder, colaborando con equipos técnicos y de negocio para diseñar soluciones escalables, automatizar campañas y garantizar la calidad de los datos.
Tareas a Realizar
- Diseñar arquitecturas técnicas escalables, seguras y eficientes.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares (desarrolladores, QA, diseñadores).
- Implementar integraciones entre Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud y sistemas externos.
- Automatizar campañas con Journey Builder, Automation Studio y Personalization Builder.
- Definir modelos de datos y gobernanza en Data Cloud.
- Traducir requerimientos funcionales en soluciones técnicas.
- Guiar al equipo en buenas prácticas de desarrollo y liderazgo técnico.
Competencias Necesarias
- Nivel 3 en Journey Builder, Automation Studio y Email Studio.
- Experiencia en diseño de soluciones técnicas y gestión de equipos.
- Conocimiento profundo de Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- AMPscript y conectores CRM en Data Cloud.

Main responsibilities
- Participate in analysis for marketing automation and martech solution development.
- Participate in the implementation of marketing cloud development infrastructure.
- Participate in analyzing clients' specific marketing and technology needs and contribute to communication processes in systems by implementing developments.
- Perform basic technical and specialized marketing tasks.
- Implement and develop the necessary processes to run cloud-oriented marketing automation solutions.

Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on SFMC Developer with 6+ years of experience to help build and
optimize personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-
functional teams to develop scalable solutions across email, data, and API integrations—
bringing customer journeys to life with precision and performance.
This is an initial 12 month contract where you will work remotely with teams across EMEA and EST timezones.
Key Responsibilities;
- Build and maintain journeys, automations, and triggered campaigns using Journey
- Develop responsive email templates and dynamic content using HTML/CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS.
- Implement personalization strategies and segmentation logic using SQL and Data Extensions.
- Integrate SFMC with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and custom connectors.
- Collaborate with data teams to ingest, transform, and activate audience data.
- Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and performance across marketing datasets.
- Troubleshoot and optimize campaign performance, deliverability, and rendering.
- Maintain reusable code libraries and documentation for marketing operations.
- Support QA, UAT, and deployment processes in collaboration with QA and DevOps teams.
- Partner with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to align on campaign goals and data flows.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and marketers on SFMC capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on SFMC development experience (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email/Content Builder).
- Strong coding skills in HTML/CSS, AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating SFMC with external platforms.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-performance marketing solutions.
Preferred skills
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical, healthcare/medical or life science industries
- Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud or other CDPs to source and activate audiences.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Email Specialist).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies.
