Role Overview:
The Global HR Digital Director is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the company’s global HR technology strategy. This role aims to optimize HR operations, improve employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making through advanced HR systems and analytics. The position oversees the implementation, integration, and governance of core HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM , ensuring alignment with global and local business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & System Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global HR technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of core HR platforms.
- Oversee global system architecture, ensuring integration between HR platforms and other systems (e.g., ERP, Finance, IT).
- Align HR digital strategy with talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Operational Excellence & Optimization
- Ensure HR system governance, security, access controls, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Drive automation and digitalization of HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Establish and manage HR data analytics and dashboards for decision support and performance measurement.
- Support localization of systems to comply with regional labor laws and employment regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and regional leaders to design user-centric HR solutions.
- Lead change management, communication, and training to promote global adoption of HR technologies.
- Serve as the main liaison with external vendors and consultants for HRIS tools and services.
- Advocate for employee experience improvements through enhanced digital interfaces and tools.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, mentor, and manage a global HR technology team across key regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas).
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance on system governance, data integrity, and process ownership across HR teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology and digital transformation, with global/regional scope.
- Proven success leading HRIS implementations and integrations (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong understanding of global HR processes (payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, performance, compensation).
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance requirements internationally.

Annapurna is exclusively partnering with a high-growth, innovative tech company undergoing an exciting transformation. They’re seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave – with strong potential to extend or become permanent.
This role is remote from Spain (or nearby Southern European countries: Italy, Greece, Turkey, Croatia), and supports multiple business units across the region, with a particular focus on employee engagement and cultural alignment during a period of change.
? What you'll be doing:
- Serve as a regional HR partner for Southern Europe across five tech-focused product business units (20–90 headcount each)
- Drive talent acquisition efforts in partnership with hiring managers and local teams
- Champion employee engagement and cultural integration initiatives post-acquisition
- Provide guidance on local employment law and HR best practices , particularly in Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Croatia
- Support ongoing transformation towards agile, cost-efficient team structures
- Collaborate with global People teams and senior stakeholders to implement and evolve HR strategies
? What we're looking for:
- Experience in a People Partner / HRBP / Talent & Engagement role within tech or fast-paced international environments
- Strong knowledge of local employment legislation in at least two of the target countries (Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Croatia)
- English fluency is essential, with additional language skills in Spanish and/or Italian
- Excellent stakeholder management and cultural awareness across diverse teams
- Experience working with modern ATS platforms (e.g. Smart Recruiters, Lever) a bonus
