About The Role

The Campaign Manager (Junior) will join Groupon’s Pricing & Promotions team, supporting our transition to a more personalized, data-driven discount strategy. You will work closely with analysts and senior managers to design, execute, and measure promotional campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, speed, and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and monitor segmented promotions, ensuring accurate targeting and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update RFM-based discount structures across 80+ customer segments globally.
  • Assist in the curation and optimization of merchant-specific discounts, guided by KPI dashboards.
  • Support experiment design, implementation, and post-test analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  • Proactively monitor promo-related systems to spot and fix issues early.
  • Document processes and maintain operational playbooks to improve team efficiency.
Key Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in data-driven marketing, pricing, or analytics (internships count).
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work hands-on with multiple systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • English fluency;

    additional languages a plus.

You will drive success by developing customer expertise in our programmatic advertising DSP.

A typical PSC engagement with our customers could include onboarding new traders, delivering trainings on new product features, assisting a customer with a beta feature, consulting in business strategy and planning discussions, providing oversight in execution of campaign strategy, developing campaign optimization recommendations and monitoring their impact, conducting deep dives to determine root causes of issues and informing customers of the best course of action.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Owning the relationship with programmatic trading desk managers, engaging with multiple customer organizational levels to understand business objectives
  • Providing services such as onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations

Key job responsibilities
As a Software Development Engineer, you will:
- Design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.
- Build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment and help lead fundamental changes in the industry.
- Create solutions to run predictions on distributed systems with exposure to innovative technologies at incredible scale and speed.
- Build distributed storage, index, and query systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage/use.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software.
- Organize and participate in collaborative Q&A sessions, workshops, and presentations to share your technical know-how.
- Mentor more junior team members in their career growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
