Desde SPT Tools nos encontramos en búsqueda de un asistente de operaciones que gestione la sección de compras / proveedores / facturación / personal que realiza trabajos de campo, etc en Málaga (Polígono Trévenez) y de otras divisiones a nivel internacional. Trabajará con el director de operaciones a nivel internacional.

Responsibilities

Gestión de la documentación y de los pedidos y facturas (incluye la preparación de documentos de envío, facturas y otros documentos necesarios para el transporte y entrega de los productos).

Manejo del inventario global de herramientas.

Asesorar a los clientes ante sus necesidades.

Ejecutar y evaluar la planificación de proyectos y optimizar los recursos disponibles.

Preparar y presentar las reuniones de evaluación de calidad de servicio al cliente.

Manejo de los ingresos y salidas del personal hacia el campo.

Comunicación efectiva con proveedores y clientes.

Preparar el transporte de las mercancías.

Atención al cliente: telefónica y/o digital.

Requisitos

Persona cualificada con al menos 3 años de experiencia realizando labores administrativas en el sector logístico.

FP II o Grado de la rama / similar a Administración, Marketing, Comercio.

Imprescindible conocimiento y manejo del sistema SAP Business One, ya que es una de las principales herramientas con las que se va a trabajar.

Disponibilidad para realizar jornada completa de lunes a viernes, con opción de horario flexible siempre que se realicen las 40 horas semanales.

Imprescindible poseer nivel mínimo de Inglés C1, ya que se trabajará con compañeros / clientes de habla inglesa.

Responsabilidades:

• Diseñar y configurar pipelines de ventas en HubSpot para aumentar la eficiencia y los resultados.
• Implementar automatizaciones de marketing y workflows para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y el engagement de leads.
• Integrar HubSpot con herramientas externas (calendarios, CRMs, ERPs) para ampliar las capacidades de nuestra plataforma.
• Crear dashboards y reportes de desempeño para medir el progreso y tomar decisiones informadas.
• Detectar oportunidades de mejora en nuestros procesos de RevOps y proponer soluciones escalables y rentables.

Requisitos:

• Certificaciones oficiales de HubSpot como indicador de experticia.
• Experiencia en proyectos de crecimiento B2B SaaS que demuestran capacidad para adaptarse y prosperar en entornos dinámicos.
