Campaña de reclutamiento para un Especialista en Marketing Digital con experiencia en Salesforce y pasión por el mundo digital. Se busca una persona que liderar la implantación de soluciones escalables y automatice campañas, garantizando la calidad de los datos.
Posición: Consultor / a IT - Experto / a en Marketing Digital
Responsabilidades- Liderar la implementación de soluciones Salesforce como Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud y Personalización Builder.
- Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para diseñar soluciones escalables, automatizar campañas y garantizar la calidad de los datos.
- Implementar integraciones entre Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud y sistemas externos.
- Definir modelos de datos y gobernanza en Data Cloud.
- Guiar al equipo en buenas prácticas de desarrollo y liderazgo técnico.
- Nivel 3 en Journey Builder, Automation Studio y Email Studio.
- Experiencia en diseño de soluciones técnicas y gestión de equipos.
- Conocimiento profundo de Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- AMPscript y conectores CRM en Data Cloud.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL.
- Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Data Governance y KPIs.
- Certificaciones Salesforce (ej. Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant).

Your Mission
- Build and execute our CRM and email strategy , from segmentation to automation to triggered flows and campaigns.
- Lead our paid social advertising efforts (Meta, TikTok, and others), balancing brand storytelling with performance goals.
- Support the planning and coordination of D2C digital campaigns , including product launches and seasonal moments.
- Work closely with creative and brand teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects our tone, voice, and values.
- Analyze performance data and share actionable insights that improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
