The “Specialist – Social Media” will be responsible for executing on social media services. Included can be monitoring social media sites, engaging directly with consumers on social media sites (Social Customer Care) and reporting and providing insights in support of the Social InteraXions solution for their respective program

Education - Minimum high school diploma - Preferably: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field

Experience: - Relevant experience: 0 – 2 years. - Required functional experience: online social media presence across multiple social media platforms (active Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter account mandatory) is a must. Author of a personal or business blog is a plus. - Preferable experience: Social Customer Care experience; Marketing experience

Formarás parte del corazón creativo detrás de nuestros canales sociales, convirtiendo ideas en contenido que enganche, inspire y genere conversación. Lo que harás

  • Planificar, crear y editar contenido en múltiples formatos: vídeos para TikTok e Instagram Reels, stories, memes, gifs y más.
  • Aparecer o dirigir frente a cámara cuando sea necesario, con soltura y naturalidad.
  • Proponer ideas y detectar tendencias relevantes, adaptándolas al universo de cada marca.
  • Definir el tono y estilo visual para cada enseña, manteniendo coherencia y diferenciación.
  • Formar parte del equipo creativo: participarás en el proceso creativo para todas las campañas de lanzamiento de los productos de nuestras marcas, así como para el contenido de nuestros influencers.
  • Analizar métricas y proponer mejoras basadas en datos reales.
  • Cuidar la dirección de arte: encuadres, iluminación y estética para que cada pieza destaque.

Lo que buscamos en ti

  • 2-4 años de experiencia creando contenido y gestionando redes sociales (idealmente en agencia o marcas con alto ritmo creativo).
  • Dominio de edición de vídeo (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, InShot o similar).
  • Pasión por TikTok, Instagram y la cultura digital.
  • Capacidad para pensar y ejecutar en multimarca, adaptando el mensaje y la estética a públicos distintos.
  • Creatividad, proactividad y rapidez para generar ideas y conversaciones.
  • Buen ojo para dirección de arte y sensibilidad estética.
  • Pasión por el storytelling.
  • Valorable: experiencia en sector restauración o gastronomía.

  • To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the companys complaints escalation policy.
  • To ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately.
  • To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.
  • To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
