Summary / Role Purpose
The role of Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Ansys ModelCenter and Ansys System Architecture Modeler is to define, drive and develop product marketing plans and sales enablement content across a multi-product portfolio in support of the go-to-market priorities for the business unit and for the Ansys Model-Based Systems Engineering strategy. The marketing strategy should reflect an understanding of key industry trends, market opportunities, Partnership strategy and go-to-market and the competition. This includes managing the development of product & solution messaging and positioning, marketing plans, sales enablement material content, supporting the field and corporate marketing organizations, as well as maintaining the external strategic co-marketing partnerships required by the business, to support the growth and revenue goals associated with the product line and specific global campaigns.
The strategy should reflect an understanding of key industry and technology trends, strategic market opportunities and sales priorities. Success will be defined by effective campaign execution that results in significant pipeline and revenue growth.
This position requires strong technical acumen as well as the ability to communicate and drive consensus among cross-functional groups to achieve joint goals across a variety of departments, including product, sales, corporate marketing, development, partnership, and field marketing
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivers value-based messaging for Ansys ModelCenter and Ansys System Architecture Modeler products, in collaboration with Ansys Model-Based Systems engineering strategy, to prospective customers, existing customers and partners, in conjunction with Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Participates in go-to-market planning, including market sizing, customer segmentation, channel partner coverage, and regional sales alignment
- Maintains Ansys' competitive leadership by understanding the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for future growth and how Ansys ModelCenter and Ansys System Architecture Modeler differentiate us from the competition.
- Responsible for delivering all sales enablement collateral, including customer facing presentations, relevant use-cases, battle cards, customer case studies and solution guides
- Creates and develops marketing plans and lead generation campaign kits targeting the global systems engineering audience in alignment with business growth objectives and key initiatives.
- Responsible for product marketing execution of new feature and product launches as part of twice annual release cycle.
- Owns the development of all marketing collateral including web content, product feature videos, technical assets, data sheets, blogs and other solution-oriented content, by partnering with Corporate Marketing teams
- Partners with Ansys field marketing and corporate marketing to effectively promote Ansys products in alignment with product marketing strategy and corporate programs
- Coordinates with the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to ensure lead generation programs are targeted and delivering against sales needs
- Ensures all business unit-related leads are tracked and marketing campaigns are accurately reported in order to measure success against initial goals
- Manages complex projects and executes on global, multi-product marketing campaigns
- Measures and evaluates the ROI of marketing tactics at all stages of the customer journey
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
- BS in Marketing (preferably MBA), Mechanical or Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong working knowledge of systems engineering concepts like model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
- Superior ability to translate product functionality into clear customer value and deliver clear and compelling messaging
- Broad functional expertise across several marketing competencies (Digital, Social, Web Account Based Marketing).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a geographically distributed organization.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Masters or other advanced degree in Marketing or Engineering with previous experience in product marketing for software business.
- Experience in systems engineering trend areas like: MBSE, System Architecture Modelling, SysML, Digital Models and Simulation.
- Experience supporting global B2B demand generation campaigns.

Service Overview
The Omnichannel Automation Specialist (OAS) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Campaign Automation team and the Next Best Action (NBA) Centre of Excellence. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of omnichannel automated campaigns for marketing, medical, and market access teams globally. By translating business rules into technically efficient configurations within marketing automation tools, the OAS ensures that campaigns meet stakeholder expectations and adhere to best practices. The OAS drives innovation, process optimization, and knowledge sharing within the organization, collaborates with diverse global stakeholders (GCOs – Global Capability Owners, IT) and our markets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Gather, understand, and document campaign requirements from market stakeholders.
- Ensure campaign briefings are comprehensive and reflect agreed-upon business rules and expectations.
- Provide proactive and retroactive feedback, including best practices, optimizations, and actionable recommendations.
- Translate campaign business rules into configurations and workflows within NBA related marketing tools.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of campaigns aligned with global standards and stakeholder objectives.

Requirements & Desired Skills
- Relevant degree in Marketing, IT, Pharma or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in campaign automation and omnichannel marketing roles (2-3 years of tool-specific experience working on complex triggered campaigns & technical workflows)
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools like Zaidyn Orchestration Centre, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Unica, or other NBA related systems.
- Knowledge of Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault is a plus.
- Advanced experience with Excel.
- SQL proficiency is a must – 2+ years of experience. Knowledge of AWS querying clients is a plus.
- Expertise in quality assurance testing, troubleshooting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical and business concepts effectively.

We are looking for a Buyer Demand Manager who will work across various business divisions within our European offering. The role will require someone from a Remarketing Automotive background who is digitally savvy and passionate to make sure we get it right, first time.
Role Accountabilities:
- Guide the demand management process with the involved markets to optimize auction sales performance by aligning buyer demand with available supply.
- Establish clear criteria for evaluating and prioritizing auction requests, ensuring strategic alignment with sales objectives.
- Maintain visibility into market demand, inventory levels, and auction capacity to maximize transaction efficiency and buyer satisfaction.
- Implement governance structures that enhance transparency in auction performance, ensuring alignment between demand-side needs and supply-side capabilities.
- Monitor auction programme performance, ensuring optimal execution, budget adherence, and strategic alignment with revenue targets.
- Standardize reporting mechanisms for buyer trends, supply availability, and auction results to drive informed decision-making.
- Oversee key auction technology initiatives that enhance buyer experience and improve overall transaction success rates.
- Provide best practices and support for local teams managing supply-side integrations, ensuring consistency with governance standards and alignment with demand-side requirements.
- Serve as a strategic bridge between supply teams, buyers, IT and other streams in facilitating seamless communication and alignment of auction with sales performance goals.
- Strengthen engagement with key stakeholders to enhance market visibility, improve supply-demand matching, and optimize auction outcomes.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, buyer behaviour, and auction dynamics to develop demand-driven strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret buyer trends, forecast demand, and optimize auction performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with buyers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Process Optimization: Expertise in developing structured demand management processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Project & Program Management: Experience in overseeing large-scale initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Technology Acumen: Understanding of auction platforms, pricing algorithms, and buyer engagement tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Negotiation & Influencing Skills: Ability to align supply with buyer demand through strong negotiation and relationship management.
- Governance & Compliance: Knowledge of best practices in auction governance, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Experience Required:
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in auction-based sales, e-commerce, or supply chain management is highly preferred.
- Relevant Experience: In demand management, sales operations, or strategic planning within a commercial environment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving demand strategies, increasing buyer engagement, and optimizing sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working with IT, sales, and supply chain teams to align business strategies and technology solutions.
- International Experience: Exposure to European markets and an understanding of regional buyer behaviour trends is a plus.

About the role:
As our first Employer Brand Manager , you will have the opportunity to shape and execute our employer branding strategy from the ground up. You will own our talent brand narrative, crafting compelling stories that showcase our culture, values, and impact. This role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure we attract and engage top-tier talent who align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a data-driven employer branding strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Craft a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that differentiates us in the market.
- Build and manage a content calendar focused on employer brand storytelling.
Content & Social Media Marketing
- Create engaging content (videos, blogs, employee spotlights, social posts) to showcase our culture and impact.
- Manage and optimize our careers page, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other talent marketing platforms.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all external-facing materials.
Candidate & Employee Experience
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to enhance the candidate journey, ensuring a world-class experience.
- Develop internal ambassador programs that empower employees to share their stories authentically.
- Measure and improve candidate perception through surveys and employer reputation tracking.
- Use data to refine branding efforts and enhance engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience building Employer Brand Strategy and Execution for startup or high-growth environments.
- 4+ years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or related fields.
- Experience managing employer brand presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and analytics tools is a plus.
- Owner Mindset coupled with passion about mission-driven work and storytelling that inspires.
- A creative thinker with a strategic mindset, balancing big-picture vision with execution.
- A strong writer and content creator who knows how to engage diverse audiences.
- Comfortable with social media, digital marketing, and employer branding best practices.
- Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally, especially with Marketing, HR, and Leadership.
