Posted: Expiry Date: Job Description:At RDT, we are expanding our wind engineering team with the addition of a Support Blades specialist.
- Project management for mandatory design modifications.
- Reporting and job evaluation.
- Follow-up Proposal: Weekly meetings, proposals for continuous improvement, training plans, follow-up meetings with the main user.
- KPIs Proposal: Quality KPIs and Time limit KPIs.
- Plan windfarm work, review and analyze inspection and repair reports, support windfarm staff, and control times and costs.
- Fulfill planned jobs within times and costs.
- General Deliverables: Drawings, calculation reports, new designs, coordination reports.
- Academic training: Technical engineer or similar.
- Technical, maintenance, and repair knowledge of blades; 3 to 5 years of experience.
