Join our Global PM Training team and help shaping the future of wind energy!
Dive into a dynamic role that spans the entire value chain of wind farm construction—from logistics and tower production to installation and commissioning.
YOUR TASKS- Coordinate and implement training programs for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify training needs and plan annual and quarterly qualification measures
- Support wind farm construction sites with tailored training solutions
- Collaborate with departments, clients, and service providers
- Advise stakeholders on training offerings and manage trainer assignments
- Maintain and develop the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of new training products and processes
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or similar, or vocational training with relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training, events, or professional development
- Knowledge of adult education and instructional methods is a plus
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured work approach
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS365 tools
- Fluent in English (German and/or Spanish is a plus)

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global suppliers in the steel tower shell category
- Lead supplier-related activities across the entire value chain, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop and implement a global sourcing strategy in collaboration with key internal stakeholders
- Drive supply chain transformation across multiple regions (EU, Brazil, India, China, USA)
- Lead price and capacity negotiations to ensure competitive and sustainable sourcing
- Manage global contracts (FPA, QAA, NDA, Service Agreements) with a focus on compliance and value
- Promote supplier engagement in areas such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, CSR, and innovation
- Strong background in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in industrial or energy sectors
- Relevant professional experience in a senior sourcing or supply chain role
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and lead contract negotiations
- Experience with international sourcing and working across multicultural environments
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and strong team leadership skills
