Actualmente buscamos incorporar un Junior Marketing Assistant para dar apoyo presencial a nuestro equipo de marketing y contribuir a la ejecución de acciones clave que posicionen nuestras líneas de negocio: escuela de pilotos (ATO), transfers VIP y experiencias aéreas, así como labores relacionadas con aeronaves y otras con creación de presentaciones, dosieres comerciales o folletos informativos.
Si estás dando tus primeros pasos en marketing y quieres aprender de cerca cómo se construye una marca en el sector aeronáutico, esta es tu pista de despegue.
- Grado en Marketing, Publicidad y RRPP, Comunicación o similar.
- Nivel de inglés alto (se valorará positivamente).
- Conocimientos básicos de redes sociales, email marketing, CRM (HubSpot y Microsoft Dynamics) y redacción de contenidos.
- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Google Drive, Share Point y O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma organizada y resolver tareas con autonomía.
- Ganas de crecer, proponer y aportar tu toque creativo.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
·Apoyarás la ejecución de acciones de marketing para impulsar la visibilidad de WAG.
·Colaborarás en la creación de materiales gráficos sencillos (posts, tarjetas de visita, presentaciones) usando herramientas de diseño como Adobe, Ilustrator, Figma o Canva.
·Gestionarás, junto al director de marketing, la coordinación con la agencia marketing digital y comunicación.
·Mantendrás y actualizarás bases de datos para campañas de email marketing.
·Ayudarás a coordinar proveedores y partners para que todo funcione correctamente.
·Te pondrás manos a la obra en la organización de promociones y eventos especiales.
·Elaborarás informes sencillos de resultados, para que podamos medir y mejorar cada acción.
- Contrato de prácticas o primer empleo presencial en nuestras oficinas de Madrid (Aeropuerto de Cuatro Vientos) según valía del perfil.
- Jornada completa de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00.

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is driven to play a role in a fast-paced marketing organization, based at Fox Racing Europe in Barcelona .

Your mission
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will:
- Research and map audiences, competitors and channels for our marketing strategy.
- Help craft compelling narratives across platforms (LinkedIn, web, pitch decks.).
- Design content and visual assets (Canva, Google Slides, etc.) for campaigns and events.
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns (organic + paid).
- Collaborate on tracking KPIs and optimizing outreach to institutional audiences.
- Plan and execute events & campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
- Create commercial content (use-cases, sales decks, marketing articles).
Nice to have
- 6–12 months of experience (internship or academic projects) in marketing, communication, design or business.
- Confident with PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva and familiar with Notion, Google Workspace and Slack.
- Strong synthesis, clear communication, proactivity and organisational abilities.
- Advanced English (mandatory). Additional languages valued.
