About the Role
Sales Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of dealer sales services within their region. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, dealer compliance, and operational excellence through strategic coordination and direct engagement with dealers.
Responsibilities
- Build sales plans with the dealers and manage distributors to achieve Sales target.
- Negotiate annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets with dealers.
- Local plan with dealer vehicles: demo, courtesy car and KM0.
- Handle administrative tasks such as weekly reports, forecasts, or sales plans.
- Manage the CRM system and sales reports.
- Visit dealers and promote sales.
- Develop awareness for the OMODA brand in the area.
- Collaborating with other departments to boost the sales in the country.
- Support leasing and fleet team in potential key client’s portfolio management anddevelopment. Support networks development teams in dealer development.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales areas with relevant network and proved goodperformance in automotive industry. Startup phase experience is highly preferred.

Overview

What You’ll Do- Achieve the assigned commercial goals in the area of responsibility.
- Funnel Management KPIs of the assigned Dealer Network and create actionable improvement plans.
- Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
- Supervise consistency of Corporate Identity execution in the assigned Dealer Network in line with CI book and Sales Standard guidelines.
- Proactively network and identify Network Development Opportunities Improvements.
- Prospect new business opportunities within B2B channel for Fleet Business at National Level.
- Follow up in conjunction with local Finance Partner Team the preferred financial solutions adoption rate and build action plans on feedback.
- Supervise Dealer Financial Statements, Margin, Return on Sales and overall profitability.
- Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.
- Be BYD ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Commercial Area at NSC or OEM Headquarter.
- Experience within automotive industry or mobility services.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Legal or Finance related education.
- Financial knowledge and expertise on financial solutions, will be valued.
