**Essential Functions**
+ Contribute to the design, development, and testing of Python-based components within production Agentic AI solutions
+ Evaluate AI-generated outputs critically - cross-check results against source data, identify failure modes, and contribute to improvements in reliability, quality, and explainability, including contributing to evaluation frameworks as they are built out

**Qualifications**

The total cash range for this position in Madrid is €70,000.00 to €98,000 Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to €112,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Estamos en búsqueda de perfiles SDET para incorporarse a un proyecto innovador dentro de un entorno ágil y altamente tecnológico.
¿Qué harás?
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener herramientas, casos de prueba y automatizaciones para plataformas actuales y de nueva generación
- Colaborar con equipos de Producto, Desarrollo y DevOps en la planificación de releases
- Analizar requerimientos funcionales y diseñar estrategias de testing (funcional y de datos)
- Definir, desarrollar y automatizar planes de testing end-to-end
- Participar en la mejora continua del entorno de QA (TDD / CI/CD)
- Aportar visión de calidad desde fases tempranas del desarrollo
- Documentar frameworks de automatización, casos de prueba y resultados
- Estimar esfuerzos y planificar tareas en entornos Agile
- Gestionar defectos: análisis, diagnóstico y seguimiento
- Colaborar con desarrollo en revisión de unit tests y resolución de incidencias
- Analizar datos para identificar problemas de calidad o inconsistencias
¿Qué buscamos?
Requisitos imprescindibles:
- Grado en Ingeniería Informática o experiencia equivalente
- +5 años de experiencia con lenguajes orientados a objetos
- Experiencia en ciclo completo de desarrollo (code reviews, testing, control de versiones)
- Experiencia en Java y automatización de testing con Selenium
- Experiencia diseñando y manteniendo frameworks de automatización escalables
- Experiencia en estrategias de testing end-to-end
- Conocimiento de metodologías Agile
- Nivel avanzado en inglés

- Experiencia integrando automatización en entornos CI/CD (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux)
- Experiencia en arquitecturas de microservicios
