MissionYour mission will be carry out administrative support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the project during the construction phase.
Responsibilities- Support the Construction Country Representative Manager in all administrative tasks.
- Perform administrative tasks related to project contracting, including requesting quotations, receiving orders, checking delivery notes, and reviewing invoices.
- Manage documentation related to Zelestra and subcontracted personnel for validation through the document platform.
- Maintain and organize the project’s document archive.
- Higher education degree in Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven administrative experience, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sector.
- Certified Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) in Construction Course – 20 or 60 hours.
- Fixed-term contract during the construction of the Olmedo solar plant project.
- Joining a Spanish multinational with 20 years of experience in the process of international expansion, as well as the possibility of developing a career full of successes in the future.
- Full time: Mon–Thu from 08:00 to 17:30 and Fri from 08:00 to 14:00.
