Our team is spread across the globe and is loaded with talent, with team members based in Barcelona, the US, and India.
We function as a centralised team, with team members embedded in regional teams (NA, ANZ, EU). Your role will be supporting the EU regional team.

What You Will Do:Be a part of the Global AI Media team - Manage Google and Microsoft ad campaigns across our NA, EU and ANZ markets, while collaborating with colleagues in the team, to achieve our business goals.

Overview
Job Title
Digital Media Performance Strategist. The Digital Media Performance Strategist will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within the hospitality industry. Education:
- BA or BS Degree, preferred in related field of study; including Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics or Finance
Relevant work experience:
- 3+ years experience in Digital Media, managing a portfolio of clients and the day-to-day optimizations and other necessary activities. Deep knowledge about channels, strategy, platforms, and optimization.

OverviewIn this case, you will have the opportunity to work for the account of one of the country's most important energy companies. How you’d spend your day: Assisting digital media strategy development for top tier clients; Developing and managing digital media plans; negotiating and purchasing media; Managing the day-to-day implementation, and optimization of campaign activities; Managing campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process; Interacting daily and maintaining rapport with digital media publishers; Analyzing research data and media/marketing information; sharing information with clients; Monitoring and assessing ongoing campaign performance; assisting in strategic analysis of campaigns; Other responsibilities as assigned. - Good use of digital planning tools: Campaign Manager, Integral Ad Science, GFK, Excel.
- Knowledge in Google analytics will be a plus.

Base pay rangeA junior professional in communications and digital media who supports the development and execution of communication and dissemination strategies. The profile combines creativity with digital and technical skills, focusing on content creation, visual design, and online presence. English & Spanish level C2.
Responsibilities- As Communications & Digital Media Junior, you will be part of the Communications team and support the execution of communication and dissemination strategies in European projects. You will work closely with senior consultants and project managers, with a strong focus on digital and creative tasks.
- Your main tasks will include:
- Managing and growing social media accounts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Designing visual materials (infographics, reports, brochures, social media posts).
- Supporting website development & maintenance (mainly WordPress).
- Assisting in the preparation of project newsletters, articles, and press releases .
- Supporting the organisation of online and offline events .
- MANDATORY SKILLS
- English & Spanish C2 level (proficiency) is mandatory, both in oral and written forms – no certificate is necessary, but we will assess your skills during the interview process.
- Proficiency in MS Office . No certificate necessary, but we will test your skills in the interview process.
- University degree in graphic design, digital media, communications, marketing , or related.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and/or graphic design.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere, etc.). Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Interest in innovation, sustainability, agrifood and bioeconomy.
- Knowledge of EU Projects Dissemination and Communication tools (Horizon Europe, etc).
- Other languages and international experience: professional or during education/training.
- A full-time (40h) hybrid based in Madrid contract with a competitive salary range.
