Buscamos un/a especialista en medios digitales con experiencia en marketing digital y una fuerte orientación a resultados en el entorno de retail media. Responsabilidades Principales
1. Desarrollo y Optimización de Campañas Digitales
Diseñar e implementar estrategias digitales junto al responsable de medios. Supervisar y optimizar campañas programáticas, sociales y de búsqueda. Analizar datos de rendimiento para identificar oportunidades de mejora y asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs.
2. Estrategia de Retail Media
Desarrollar estrategias de retail media para maximizar la visibilidad y conversión en plataformas clave, especialmente Amazon. Coordinar con equipos internos para alinear las campañas con los objetivos globales de marketing. Gestionar campañas en Amazon AMS y DSP de principio a fin.
3. Planificación y Gestión de Presupuestos
Apoyar en la planificación y seguimiento del presupuesto de medios digitales. Proponer ajustes para maximizar la eficiencia de las campañas.
4. Estrategia de Media Mix
Asegurar una combinación adecuada de canales según los objetivos de marca y negocio. Evaluar el rendimiento de medios y ajustar la estrategia según resultados.
5. Seguimiento de KPIs y Reporting
Establecer y monitorizar indicadores clave de rendimiento. Presentar informes de resultados y análisis detallados a los equipos relevantes.
6. Investigación de Mercado y Tendencias
Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre tendencias en medios digitales y retail media. Realizar estudios de mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades.
7. Colaboración Transversal
Trabajar con agencias de medios y equipos internos (marketing, ventas, finanzas, etc.). Coordinar con responsables de cuentas clave (como Amazon) para alinear tácticas y objetivos. Fomentar relaciones sólidas con socios estratégicos y plataformas publicitarias.
Perfil Requerido
Grado en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Economía o similar. Se valorará máster en Marketing Digital o Analítica de Datos. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en medios digitales, con enfoque en programática, social y SEA. Conocimiento práctico de plataformas como DV360, TTD, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon DSP/AMS. Se valorará experiencia con Helium 10 y Pacvue. Experiencia en medición digital, modelos de atribución y optimización de campañas. Dominio de herramientas analíticas (Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Amazon Marketing Cloud) y de visualización de datos (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
