We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Power Electronics Validation Engineer to join our Product Innovation & Development team. You will play a key role in validating power converters and control systems, ensuring product reliability, performance, and compliance with international standards. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Plan, define, and execute validation tests for power converters and control systems.
- Analyse test results, signals, logs, and performance metrics, producing clear technical reports.
- Automate tests and maintain laboratory and HIL test benches.
- Ensure full traceability of tests from requirements to final reports.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and certification teams to improve product reliability.
- Support component and product certification and homologation processes.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Experience in validating electronic products and/or embedded software.
- Knowledge of power converters, laboratory instrumentation, and HIL systems.
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Experience with standards such as UL1741, IEC62477, IEC62109, IEC60076, or grid codes is valued.
- Proactive, curious, and committed to safe work practices.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Control and HIL Engineer to join our Product Innovation & Development team at Hitachi Energy. You will play a key role in validating and certifying power converters and control systems for energy storage and renewable energy applications. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, international, and innovative environment.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Execute commissioning and validation tests for power conversion and control systems, including interfacing with energy storage systems.
- Conduct technical analysis of logs, signals, errors, and system performance; produce clear and reusable reports.
- Simulate and debug control algorithms; assess compliance with grid codes and system stability under electrical transients.
- Manage full traceability of tests, from requirement specification to final reporting.
- Participate in defining validation strategies, test procedures, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and implement test automation and support proof-of-concept and certification activities.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- Experience in electrical systems design, power converters, and control systems.
- Previous experience validating electronic products and/or embedded software; hands-on with laboratory test benches and HIL systems.
- Knowledge of simulation tools (Spice, PSCAD, Simulink, PLECS) and advanced understanding of AC/DC and DC/DC converters.
- Familiarity with energy storage systems, photovoltaic systems, and hybrid PV–battery integration is highly valued.
- High level of Spanish and English; knowledge of Python and test automation is desirable.
- Proactive, curious, and highly motivated to learn new technologies.

Somos una constructora con más de 11 años de experiencia que trabaja tanto por España como en Portugal.
Buscamos:
- Experiencia como Jefe/a de obra.
- Titulación universitaria: Graduado/a en Edificación, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería civil, obras publicas, industrial.
- Conocimiento en el uso de AutoCad y programas BIM
- Manejo Menfis/Presto
- ACTITUD
Responsabilidades:
- Contratación de oficios
- Planificar, organizar, dirigir y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos de edificación.
- Gestionar los recursos humanos y materiales necesarios para la ejecución de los proyectos.
- Controlar el presupuesto y el plazo de ejecución de los proyectos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
- Representar a la empresa ante clientes, proveedores y subcontratistas.
