About the Role

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in commercial contracts relevant to a technology company as it relates to our customers and vendors. Reporting to DataCampu2019s General Counsel, this is a strategically important role that will help DataCamp achieve its goals at a time of dynamic growth. As our Commercial Counsel, you will support internal business partners and assist on a broad variety of transactional matters in a growing technology company by:

  • Leading drafting and negotiation on a broad range of agreements (including Master Services Agreements, terms of service, services agreements, other SaaS agreements, and requests for proposals) supporting DataCampu2019s business teams, with a primary focus of supporting the licensing of DataCampu2019s products and services to its customers and channel partners and vendor software licensing.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to shepherd deals to completion.
  • Facilitating the timely closure of business transactions while minimizing risk exposure.
  • Providing day-to-day commercial legal support, business-focused counseling, and advice to the sales organization.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal contracting processes.
  • Defining, building and implementing processes and technologies to effectively deliver legal support in a scalable manner to DataCampu2019s rapidly expanding portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Leading internal projects, training, and driving cross-functional efforts to completion.
  • Assisting with special projects as needed.

You will be based in Spain or Portugal remotely (EU) and support transactions across all international offices (currently UK, Belgium and New York).

What we’re looking for
  • Minimum of 5+ years combined experience at a law firm and in-house at a global technology company drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including good working knowledge of SaaS agreements, technology licensing, strategic deals, and channel agreements (such as resellers, distribution, MSP, etc.).
  • Prior experience supporting a heavy volume of commercial transactions relevant to a technology company across various business functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Drive for efficiency and ability to leverage technology to optimize processes.
  • The ability to provide timely and effective legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve complex problems with a thorough understanding of the changing legal needs of a fast-growing business.
  • Clear, collaborative, and effective communication with business teams, especially sales teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a sense of humour and strong work ethic who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with various internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly on a varied schedule based on the needs of the team, including calls at odd hours as needed.
  • JD or equivalent education.

About The Role

As a Technical Talent Partner, you'll join our collaborative Talent Team, acting as a trusted partner and subject matter expert in hiring across engineering disciplines ideally having worked with our tech-stack Ruby on Rails & React Native.

We are looking to hire this role in Portugal or Spain as we are scaling our technical functions here. Experience hiring Engineers in these regions is a must-have.

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates through direct sourcing, building robust referral networks, and fostering deep candidate pipelines. We hire 99% of our roles directly.

Job Description

Amaris is recruiting for partially office-based Vigilance Officer roles.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety monitoring of clinical studies (CS).
  • Manage and assess product side effects, analyzing their criticality and causality.
  • Receive and record adverse events (AEs) / cases.
  • Categorize AEs using the MedDRA dictionary.
  • Analyze the link between adverse events and investigational products (signal detection).
  • Draft and review safety reports (PSUR / DSUR – Daily/Periodic Safety Reports).

Qualifications

  • Degree: Master’s degree, Pharmacist, or Medical Doctor.
  • Background: University studies in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Tools & Knowledge:
    • MedDRA classification
    • Understanding of AE/SAE/SUSAR concepts
    • Experience with pharmacovigilance databases such as SafetyEasy and EudraVigilance
  • Specialization: Depending on product type (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics) and organizational level (local affiliate vs. global headquarters).
  • Languages: English proficiency required (other languages are a plus).

  • Donar suport a l'equip interdisciplinari a la recepció i acolliment de les noves persones usuàries.

  • Proporcionar i administrar els aliments al resident facilitant la ingesta en aquells casos que així ho requereixin, i atendre la recepció, distribució i recollida dels aliments a l'habitació.
  • Realitzar canvis de postura i serveis auxiliars segons la preparació tècnica encomanada.
  • Col·laborar amb el resident en la preparació per a un trasllat, efectuant actuacions d'acompanyament, vigilància i suport.
  • Col·laborar amb el personal sanitari en l'administració de la medicació.
  • Sobresupervisió de la infermera en la cura de residents colostomitzats i amb sondes, així com en l'administració de menjar mitjançant xeringa; en absència de l'infermer, poder fer la prova de glucosa i utilitzar la via subcutània per administrar insulina i heparina als usuaris, sempre que la dosi i el seguiment del tractament la faci personal mèdic o d'infermeria.
  • Acompanyar l'usuari/ària en la realització d'activitats per mantenir i millorar les capacitats físiques i motors, així com en activitats programades (cites mèdiques, excursions, gestions), facilitant la participació de la persona usuària.
  • Col·laborar amb el TASOC en l'animació i la dinamització de la vida diària de la Institució.
  • Assistir l'usuari/ària en les activitats i exercicis de manteniment segons les orientacions dels professionals competents, donar suport a la comunicació de les persones usuàries i afavorir-les en el desenvolupament diari i la relació social.
  • Col·laborar amb l'equip interdisciplinari en la integració dels familiars de les persones usuàries a la vida del centre.
  • Efectuar la neteja i el manteniment dels estris dels usuaris.
  • Mantenir ordenades les habitacions, recollir la roba, portar-la a la bugaderia, encarregar-se de la roba personal dels usuaris i fer els llits segons les necessitats, amb llenceria neta, absència d'arrugues i humitat, i en la posició adequada, amb especial atenció als plecs corporals i altres zones de risc, respectant la intimitat.
  • Comunicar incidències sobre la salut dels usuaris i observar i registrar al llibre d'incidències qualsevol canvi de comportament o físic.
  • Disponibilitat de vehicle i permisos de conduir.
