The Dispatch Specialist at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of service technicians, managing logistics, and ensuring a quick and efficient service delivery to our clients.

This position is part of the Call Center service located in Madrid and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reinvent healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be part of the Call Center team and report to the Customer Support Manager responsible for the Spain hotline, dispatch, and customer service administration. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Coordinate and prioritize field interventions
- Manage and track the logistics around these interventions
- Ensure the interface between clients and the After-Sales Service team of Beckman Coulter Spain

The essential requirements of the position include:

- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a dispatch, logistics, or customer service role, preferably in the medical diagnostics or healthcare sector.

- Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (written and spoken)

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

It would be a plus if you also have prior experience in the following areas:

- Proficiency in the use of dispatch software and tools (Service max, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in other languages would be an asset.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring quick resolution of complex customers challenges and empowering team members with their functional knowledge.


Working across all levels of the business, you will play a key role in contributing to the growth of overall business beyond service as well. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Delight customers through timely and competent response to their needs, coupled with clear communication & Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided a professional after-sales service.

  • Support Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demo/exhibitions. Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.

  • Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution.  Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system.

  • Help our organization grow by high quality support of our existing customers and by helping us identify new customers and opportunities during your time in the field

The essential requirements of the job include :
•   Bachelor’s Engineer Degree Required or similar
•   Fluent in English and Spanish
•   Excellent Microsoft Office application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•   Strong communication skills

•   Ability to travel within the Spain Central Region and eventually to the rest of Regions in Iberia. (Up to 70% travel). Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift, move or carry equipment & tools.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Handling repairs, calibrations, upgrades and allied tasks. Networking, influencing, and communicating effectively across functions and at all levels.

Realizar y registrar todas las fases requeridas durante el proceso productivo, utilizando debidamente los equipos de producción, así como realizando controles en proceso, de acuerdo con la guía de fabricación y los procedimientos aplicables.


  • Ejecutar las actividades de producción de acuerdo con normativa GMP y los procedimientos asociados internos.
  • Despeje y limpieza de equipos de acuerdo a los SOP asociados
  • Realizacion de actividades de dispensing, limpieza y esteriliación de materiales , formulación y llenado aséptico
  • Manejo de equipos de inspección y acondicionado secundario (serializacion y agregación)
  • Ajuste de formatos y apoyo en las actividades de ejecucion del departamento de mantenimiento
  • Control, carga y manejo de material para fabricación
  • Gestión documental bajo normativa GMP
  • Supervisión e inspección visual
  • Manipulación, abastecimiento y limpieza de salas
  • Gestión de incidencias




¿Qué necesitas?


  • Formación FPI, FPII recomendable
  • Imprescindible disponibilidad para trabajar a turno rotativo de mañanas/tardes y noches
  • Muy valorable al menos 1 año de experiencia en un puesto similar en la industria farmacéutica o entorno similar de fabricación

¿Tienes titulación de Técnico/a Superior en programación de la producción en fabricación mecánica; en Mecatrónica; o en Mecanizado? ¿Cuentas con experiencia o conocimientos relacionados con el manejo de utillaje, mecanizado u operaciones de ajuste mecánico en el sector industrial?

¡En Plásticos Vanguardia (Azuqueca de Henares) te estamos buscando!


Necesitamos incorporar un/a mecánico/a a nuestro área de producción que se encargue del ajuste mecánico de las máquinas de producción de envases de plástico por extrusión soplado.


Tus funciones serían :

  • Montaje y desmontaje de moldes de envases.
  • Puesta a punto de la máquina para fabricación del envase.
  • Ajuste del molde y del proceso de fabricación para la correcta elaboración del envase.
  • Solución de incidencias mecánicas en el proceso de fabricación.


¿Qué necesitamos?

Que aportes titulación en cualquiera de estas formaciones:

  • Técnico/a Superior en Programación de la producción en fabricación mecánica.
  • Técnico/a Superior en Mecatrónica.
  • Técnico/a en mecanizado.


Valoraremos positivamente la experiencia o conocimientos en el manejo de utillaje, mecanizado, operaciones de ajuste mecánico en entornos fabriles, ajuste de equipos y de moldes, o cualquier otra tarea en el área mecánica del sector industrial.

Descripción del puesto:

  • Realizar inspecciones visuales y dimensionales de componentes y productos terminados en las diferentes etapas de la línea de montaje y registrarlas.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas, planos y estándares de calidad establecidos, y registrarlos en el formato FR OP 02.3 (hoja de recepción de material).
  • Identificar, registrar y documentar cualquier no conformidad o defecto detectado en un Informe de no conformidades (formato FR MD 01.01).
  • Colaborar con el equipo de producción para identificar las causas raíz de los defectos y proponer acciones correctivas en un FR MD 01.01.
  • Utilizar herramientas de medición para asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de calidad.
  • Participar en la resolución de incidencias de calidad y en la mejora continua de los procesos.
  • Mantener el orden y la limpieza en el área de inspección.


Qué aportas:

  • Formación Profesional de Grado Medio o Superior en Control de Calidad, Metrología o similar.
  • Experiencia demostrable de al menos 2 años como inspector/a de calidad, preferiblemente en entornos industriales o de fabricación mecánica.
  • Carnet de Carretillero
  • Capacidad para interpretar planos técnicos y especificaciones de producto.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de medición habituales en control de calidad.
  • Atención al detalle, capacidad de observación y proactividad.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse eficazmente.
