Funciones:

-Analizar, documentar y mejorar los procesos de producción de luminarias y sistemas de iluminación.

-Implementar metodologías de mejora continua (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma)

-Establecer, medir y dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño KPIs en producción, calidad y logística.

-Coordinar la planeación de materiales e inventarios.

-Supervisar el cumplimiento de normativas nacionales e internacionales (ISO, NOM, CE, UL).

-Proponer e implementar proyectos de reducción de costos, automatización y digitalización de procesos (ERP / MRP).

-Colaborar con las áreas de diseño, ingeniería eléctrica y comercial para evaluar la viabilidad de proyectos.

-Gestionar la logística de distribución y transporte para optimizar tiempos y costos.

-Elaborar manuales de procedimientos y capacitar al personal en buenas prácticas operativas.

Se ofrece:

- Contrato directo con la empresa: 6 meses + indefinido.

- Salario: A convenir según experiencia.

- Horario: Lunes a Jueves (8:30 a 18:00h) 1 hora para comer y los Viernes de 8:30 a 14:30. En Agosto horario intensivo.

Requisitos

- Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial, Organización o similares.

-Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en procesos de mejora continua en industria eléctrica o manufactura.

- Conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, sistemas ERP/MRP, gestión de proyectos, normativas de calidad y seguridad aplicables al sector eléctrico.

- Conocimiento en análisis de datos y control estadístico de procesos.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Visit customers to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades to achieve optimum customer care and ensure a professional repair in due time with effective and efficient working practices contributing to team goals/KPI’s.
  • On-site installation of Imaging Solutions, including configuration of network requirements. 
  • Deliver accurate reporting, handling and timely submission of Salesforce reports, Expenses, Stock management and other relevant service documentation/process transactions.
  • Work in close collaboration with DP product specialist EMEA, Business Unit and other LBS Field Service team, to improve reliability and feedback insights on Imaging Solutions technical support.
  • Co-operate closely with and support the sales team with tasks such as basic training for customers, installations, demonstrations and setting up systems on the customer network
  • Exchange valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer satisfaction. Document customer information with the CRM & Service management systems in a timely manner. Collect, update & distribute knowledge with the product specialists.

  • Knowledge of network configuration and setup such as firewalls and TCP/IP networking

  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux, VM’s and working knowledge of SQL.

Remote Fraud Call Center Representative - Puerto Rico

Summary:    

As a Customer Service Representative II,  you will be responsible for the resolution of multi-product fraud related client requests by answering calls, chats, or emails in an inbound contact center. Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative   

Must be fluent in English & Spanish & Located in Puerto Rico

As a member of the Healthcare Call Center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday 8:00AM – 8:00PM EST

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
  • Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.
  • Work Area : Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
  • Equipment: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment
  • Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 20 Mbps download .
  • Reside in Puerto Rico with legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.

  • 1+ years of previous call center experience

Desde Intenance , empresa especializada en mantenimiento industrial, seleccionamos un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento Electromecánico para trabajar en las instalaciones de nuestro cliente ubicado en Ajalvir, compañía líder en el sector aeronáutico.

La persona seleccionada se integrará en el equipo de mantenimiento de maquinaria, para llevar a cabo tareas de reparación, prevención y mejora de maquinaria de alta tecnología.


¿Qué harás?

️ Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria industrial (CNC, robots, automatismos).

️ Diagnóstico y resolución de averías electromecánicas.

️ Programación y ajuste de PLC Siemens (TIA Portal, Step7).

️ Propuestas de mejora para reducir averías y optimizar procesos.

️ Trabajo en equipo.

️ Colaboración con otros departamentos (producción, calidad, ingeniería).
