Descripción del puesto: Head Chef

Como Head Chef de LEÑA IBIZA, serás el motor y la inspiración de nuestra cocina, responsable de:

• Liderar y coordinar al equipo de cocina, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo profesional, motivado y creativo.
• Garantizar la calidad, presentación y sabor excepcionales en cada plato, manteniendo la esencia y filosofía de la cocina a la brasa.
• Gestionar la organización diaria de la cocina, optimizando tiempos y recursos sin perder la excelencia.
• Supervisar la selección y el cuidado del producto, manteniendo relaciones estrechas con proveedores para asegurar la máxima frescura y calidad.

Join us for a unique opportunity to showcase two one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel brands coming to the idyllic Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza.

Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views.

Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.

Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed.

Reporting to the General Manager. The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.

What you’ll do…

• Ensure strong financial Management within a robust control environment.
• Have ultimate responsibility for accurate accounting records and provide financial reports for the hotels. The hotels are operated on a self-accounting basis and includes managing owner accounting.
• Manage the finance relationship with operations and finance at hotels and head office ensuring that an excellent service is provided through quality input.
• Manage the relevant elements of our owner and asset managers relationships.
• Responsibility for accurate VAT daily and monthly reporting to Spanish tax authorities that will monthly consolidate into group VAT return.
• Responsibility for Payroll accounting, reporting and analysis of variations to forecast/budget proactively anticipating right level of staffing across departments in line with revenue variations.
• Ensure monthly and quarterly Spanish reporting related to employees and freelancers Income Tax, employee salary withheld, property rent withheld tax is accurate and submitted as per Spanish authorities deadlines.
• Lead all elements related to balance sheets, P&L, cashflow, capital, amongst others.
• Provide focused, innovative and value-adding management reporting and analysis.
• Deliver high quality management information and performance measurement that is accurate and relevant.
• Ensure reporting that incorporates benchmarking and identification and measurement of key performance indicators.
• Optimize and develop systems to improve efficiency and information.
• Ensure training take place for users; challenge processes to eliminate non-value adding tasks.
• Work with colleagues to ensure that errors are corrected at source and processes amended as required, eliminating rather than correcting errors.
• Lead the planning and forecasting process for both Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza and ensure that financial plans are consistent with the strategic objectives.
• Pro-actively support the General Manager and Executive Committee in hotel strategic planning, focusing on value and opportunities.
• Manage the annual Budget submission to Head Office and Ownership within the hotel.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-quality finance team and support leadership of purchasing team.
• Actively plan for succession to develop and replace individuals effectively.
• Develop effectiveness of the finance function through continuous training and development of the team. Lead and motivate the team to high levels of performance.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales through product knowledge, styling advice, and an engaging shopping experience. • Realizar los partes de averías asignados.
• Atender avisos a través de la herramienta interna GIFT de los diferentes departamentos.
• Toma de las diferentes lecturas diarias de consumos.

• Cortar o cerrar la maquinaria al cumplir su horario asignado.
• Hacer mantenimientos preventivos en maquinarias.
• Repaso de todas las instalaciones exteriores.

REQUISITOS:

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en la posición ofertada, preferiblemente en hoteles 5*, en las áreas de Electricidad y Maquinaria de Hostelería.
• Formación de FP en Mantenimiento (Electricidad, Mecánica).
