Hiring for professional positions has started and this position as Senior Analyst in our finance teams is now open, to be starting in January 2026. Our Finance teams work hard to optimize our current and long-term success and enable our ongoing strategy of innovation, leadership, and focus. As part of the plant team, whether providing analysis, forecasting, or reporting financial information, your application of accurate financial business practices will play a fundamental role in how we impact the quality of life for patients all over the world.
**How you'll make an impact:**
+ Prepare and process month-end journal entries; prepare balance sheet account reconciliations; calculate, update, and assist maintenance of different master data in ERP system; gather data and generate reports in support of trend analysis.
+ Prepare timely month end closing including statutory annual reports. Review and assess the status of accounting books, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with STAT GAAP and US GAAP. Support quarterly and annual US GAAP tax provision reporting including directing and reviewing local tax packages. Manage and complete financial activities including tax filings.
+ Internal, external audit and advisor's liaison. Liaise with U.S. corporate finance teams to ensure alignment on reporting and compliance. Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, fixed asset audits, and physical inventory requirements.
+ Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
+ Collaborate with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to develop financial dashboards, global reporting, and analysis (e.g., plan metrics, cost of quality, financial tracking).
**What you'll need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)
+ 5 years minimum of previous related experience (Required)

**How you will make an Impact:**
+ Assist in the development of certification training programs, as well as delivering training, to ensure assembly workers are fully trained to perform their jobs.
+ Perform JDE and any other system transactions including maintaining training database data entry as necessary
+ Receive, review, type, and file training records in compliance with good documentation practices (GDP)
+ Ensure proper allocation and compliance with regulatory requirements of the training plan for each employee in LMS. Generate reports, provide evidence and information and address concerns related to our internal LMS customers
+ Perform the requested and /or identified upgrades and enhancements to LMS in order to improve its capacity
+ Coordinate and monitor the applicable training plan for each position, ensuring its compliance
+ Assist in new hire skill assessment to determine skill level and identify training needs
+ Prepare the material, documentation and provide theoretical and practical regulatory trainings contained in the training plan for new employees

We recently announced plans to expand in Spain by building a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Moncada, Valencia. When it becomes operational in 2026, the plant will manufacture Edwards' surgical and transcatheter heart valve replacement technologies and will join a global network of more than 16,000 talented team members and five other production plants. Our new facility in Moncada will welcome up to 1,500 dedicated team members by 2029 across manufacturing, engineering, and several other professional career paths. Hiring for professional positions has started and will continue through the winter and early spring, with specialized training for manufacturing hires beginning in the fall of 2025.
**How you will make an Impact:**
+ Manage the team to ensure smooth and continuous operations in manufacturing
+ Direct team members and manufacturing activities with overall responsibility of developing systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, recommending and implementing changes to methods through several department managers
+ Drive manufacturing culture, engage staff morale, and ensure employees' safety.
+ Develop a robust talent development and succession planning in alignment with functional growth strategies across the manufacturing organization
+ Collaborate with network leadership to develop operational strategy.
+ Partner with cross-functional groups/resources to achieve tactical execution of business objectives
+ Set and lead the implementation of strategic processes that align with key business strategies
+ Oversee the implementation of multiple strategic manufacturing project portfolios activities (e.g., BEx initiatives and plant projects) including prioritizing and selecting appropriate projects.
+ Lead in identifying risk, developing complex mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolving issues, etc. in collaboration with cross functional groups
+ Responsible for site operators technical training team in collaboration with COE
+ Identify and lead efforts to optimize business processes, define and implement core competencies, by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and implementing solution options
+ Collaborate and align with other plant leadership in driving standardized manufacturing operations programs
+ Responsible for meeting operational performance and strategic objectives (e.g., finance, absorption, manufacturing cost, quality, safety, environmental compliance, MPS targets, capacity)
+ Drive a value stream mindset and culture of continuous improvement based on lean and Six Sigma principles and EW Production System (EPS)
+ Other incidental duties
**What you will need (Required)**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field
+ Skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Senior Manager
+ Demonstrated track record in operations management
+ Experience working in a regulated industry

+ Proven successful project management leadership skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and manufacturing systems

+ Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of manufacturing to the business
+ Serve as core partner to senior leaders in Business Units, Functional Groups, Regions and IT
+ Strict attention to detail
+ Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
+ Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment

**How you will make an Impact:**
+ Part of the local Project Management Office, supporting Valencia Implant Manufacturing project transfers and scale-up. Initiates, plans, executes, controls and manages all aspects of project(s) to ensure ultimate project success.
+ Determines and discerns detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables, and manages changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes
+ Facilitates the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitations
+ Establishes and maintains team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications
+ Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders
+ Executes and leads the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan in order to achieve the project goals, and actively manages project risk
+ Manages project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned
+ Serves as a project management subject matter expert, including guiding and mentoring other project managers; demonstrates expertise in a business process, professional discipline, market, or product
+ Actively leads one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities
+ Other incidental duties
**What you will need (Required):**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field
+ 8 years experience of hands on experience managing projects of increasing complexity

+ Master's degree in project management or PMI certification
+ Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
