Somos una lavandería industrial y actualmente nos encontramos en proceso de mejora y ampliación de nuestras instalaciones, por lo que buscamos incorporar un Peón de Obra - Mantenimiento que apoye en tareas de obra civil y mantenimiento de la planta.

Responsabilidades y Funciones

· Apoyo en tareas básicas de obra civil (carga y descarga de materiales, limpieza de zonas de trabajo, preparación de superficies, trabajos de albañilería).

· Colaboración en pequeñas reparaciones y/o instalaciones (electricidad, fontanería).

· Uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas bajo supervisión.

· Apoyo en el montaje y desmontaje de estructuras o maquinaria.

· Cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y prevención de riesgos laborales.

· Reporte de incidencias al encargado de obra o responsable.

Requisitos

· Experiencia previa en obras o mantenimiento (valorable).

· Conocimientos básicos en oficios como electricidad, fontanería y albañilería.

· Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en equipo.

· Disponibilidad inmediata.

· Carnet de conducir (valorable).

· Formación en PRL (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) 20h o 60h (valorable).

Te convertirás en una pieza clave en la gestión del personal, asegurando que todo funcione con fluidez. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  1. Detectar las necesidades y determinar las medidas de apoyo para el/la trabajador/a.
  2. Aplicar medidas de apoyo para cada trabajador/a.
  3. Favorecer la integración de los/las trabajadores/as en la CEE mediante soportes adecuados, específicos.
  4. Asistir a los/las trabajadores/as en la incorporación al trabajo, en la asignación y aprendizaje de tareas.
  5. Establecer las relaciones precisas con el entorno familiar y social del/de la trabajador/a con discapacidad para que éste sea un instrumento de apoyo y estímulo en la incorporación al trabajo, así como en la estabilidad en el mismo.
  6. Seguimiento de cuantas acciones se determinen para mejorar, potenciar la integración y estabilidad laboral de los/las trabajadores/as con discapacidad.
  7. Desarrollar cuantos programas de formación sean necesarios para la adaptación de los/las trabajadores/as a su puesto de trabajo.
  8. Favorecer y potenciar la autonomía e independencia de los/las trabajadores/as con discapacidad, principalmente en el desarrollo de sus tareas.
  9. Establecer medidas para potenciar las relaciones saludables de los/las trabajadores/as dentro y fuera de la empresa.
  10. Desarrollar, conforme a las necesidades específicas, medidas de ayudas sociales propias de la empresa tendente a facilitar la integración personal y laboral de los/las trabajadores/as.
  11. Facilitar a los/las trabajadores/as con discapacidad toda la información necesaria y referida a la obtención de ayudas y prestaciones que la legislación prevé para las situaciones de discapacidad.
  12. Detectar, intervenir y comunicar los posibles procesos de deterioro evolutivo de los/las trabajadores/as con discapacidad con el fin de evitar y/o atenuar sus efectos.
  13. Mediar en posibles conflictos o problemáticas laborales que se den en el desempeño de las funciones laborales, fomentando el trabajo en equipo interdepartamental.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Visit customers to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades to achieve optimum customer care and ensure a professional repair in due time with effective and efficient working practices contributing to team goals/KPI’s.
  • On-site installation of Imaging Solutions, including configuration of network requirements. 
  • Deliver accurate reporting, handling and timely submission of Salesforce reports, Expenses, Stock management and other relevant service documentation/process transactions.
  • Work in close collaboration with DP product specialist EMEA, Business Unit and other LBS Field Service team, to improve reliability and feedback insights on Imaging Solutions technical support.
  • Co-operate closely with and support the sales team with tasks such as basic training for customers, installations, demonstrations and setting up systems on the customer network
  • Exchange valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer satisfaction. Document customer information with the CRM & Service management systems in a timely manner. Collect, update & distribute knowledge with the product specialists.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Experience in Field Service or a related field, preferred on medical devices

  • Knowledge of network configuration and setup such as firewalls and TCP/IP networking

  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux, VM’s and working knowledge of SQL.

Desde Intenance , empresa especializada en mantenimiento industrial, seleccionamos un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento Electromecánico para trabajar en las instalaciones de nuestro cliente ubicado en Ajalvir, compañía líder en el sector aeronáutico.

La persona seleccionada se integrará en el equipo de mantenimiento de maquinaria, para llevar a cabo tareas de reparación, prevención y mejora de maquinaria de alta tecnología.


¿Qué harás?

️ Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria industrial (CNC, robots, automatismos).

️ Diagnóstico y resolución de averías electromecánicas.

️ Programación y ajuste de PLC Siemens (TIA Portal, Step7).

️ Propuestas de mejora para reducir averías y optimizar procesos.

️ Trabajo en equipo.

Position Overview

In this role, you will own and manage strategic relationships with major retail clients, driving performance and execution across a portfolio of key accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products, promotions, and business initiatives.

You’ll be expected to bring a deep understanding of the retail industry, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies that produce results.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Development

  • Must have 5 years or more experience with Consumer Package Goods and calling on retail customers.
  • Must have hard goods experience.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned large retail customers.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans tailored to each client's business model and growth opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships at multiple levels within the customer organization, including buyers, category managers, and senior executives.
  • Drive joint business planning with customers, identifying areas for collaboration, innovation, and revenue growth.


Sales & Performance Management

  • Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and proactively address risks or opportunities.


Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Stay informed on retail trends, competitor activity, and market developments relevant to your customer base.
  • Partner with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, finance, and product development to ensure flawless execution of account plans.
  • Lead presentations, category reviews, and strategic planning meetings with clients.


Reporting & Insights

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure success across all retail touchpoints.
  • Ensure internal reporting systems are updated regularly with client activity and progress.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must have a minimum 5 years of account management experience, specifically working with large retail customers (preferably national or multinational chains).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-impact client relationships with retail and online customers.
  • Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data, P&Ls, and retail KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to client management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Candidate Must be located in Madrid.
