Allianz Direct Spain is hiring an Information Security GRC Specialist (m / f / x). The role focuses on driving GRC initiatives, risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance oversight across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve our Governance Framework in line with regulatory requirements and Allianz group-wide standards (ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR, NIS, etc.).
  • Optimize the Information Security Control Framework to ensure efficiency and transparency for partners, auditors, and other internal or external stakeholders.
  • Support and execute the Information Risk Management process, including risk analytics, mitigation, and preparation of risk reports for Senior Leadership including Board of Management.
  • Conduct regular self-assessments against our Control Framework, supporting stakeholders in their role during assessments and in evidence collection.
  • Support with other Governance and Compliance related work, such as technical documentation, following up on vulnerability reports, and third risk management.
Requirements
  • University degree in relevant disciplines preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Information Security with significant focus on GRC.
  • Experience with Information Security GRC tools.
  • Experience with governance of cloud-native environments and understanding of implications of cloud-native technology on GRC.
  • Ability to translate between technical experts and business leaders or compliance experts (e.g., Auditors).
  • Ability to communicate security issues and coach technical teams on best compliance practices.

What you will do:
  • Serve as a strategic partner for managers and executives, promoting awareness of HR interdependencies.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Guide managers and employees on work-related matters and collaborate with legal counsel when necessary.
  • Work with global HR Centers of Expertise to enhance performance and talent initiatives.

We seek a Senior HR Business Partner to provide HR consultancy, advise managers, and facilitate HR solutions aligned with AZ Services Spain’s growth and strategy.

What you will do:
  • Serve as a strategic partner for managers and executives, promoting awareness of HR interdependencies.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Guide managers and employees on work-related matters and collaborate with legal counsel when necessary.
  • Work with global HR Centers of Expertise to enhance performance and talent initiatives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and coordinate with mobility teams.
  • Support HR processes like rewards, performance reviews, and talent development.
  • Integrate HR considerations into change management and projects.
  • Implement regional and global HR initiatives and maintain HR documentation.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and develop policies suited to the Spanish market.
What you bring:
  • Ideally 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ as an HR business partner, preferably in a global setting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with experience in recruiting, learning, or talent management.
  • Comfort with data analysis, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
  • High confidentiality, integrity, and responsibility.
  • Solution-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is desirable.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in multinational, matrix environments is preferred.
  • Interest in Gen AI topics like ChatGPT or Copilot.
