What do we do?
As a GDS Specialist at Exotica’s Flight Operations team, you are responsible for helping our travel operations teams with daily tasks.
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Handle and support Travel Operations tasks (Flights changes, Cancellations request, Refunds process)
- Manage, escalate and follow-up of GDS issues and cases;
- Dealing with negotiated rates and advanced refunds in GDS;
- Working directly with our land suppliers for a pre & post-bookings requested;
- Fluent communication in English (additional language like French/Spanish are considered),
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus Flights / GDS,
- Proven experience dealing with negotiate fares and commissions in GDS,
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- High flexibility and schedule adaptation: you will work in rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Customer support in the Travel industry, preferably including flights
- Proven record in fast-growing environments

Desde Grupo Adecco estamos realizando selección de Agentes de Viaje con amplia experiencia para incorporar en una importante empresa del sector viajes y ocio.
¿Qué labores se realizarán en este puesto?
- Gestión de reservas a través de Amadeus y otros sistemas para la asistencia a reuniones y congresos médicos, incluyendo vuelos, alojamiento y transporte.
- Emisión de billetes de avión y otros medios de transporte, garantizando la correcta planificación de itinerarios.
- Organización integral de itinerarios de viaje, incluyendo reservas de hoteles, coches con conductor, restaurantes y espacios para reuniones en hoteles o venues especializados.
- Apoyo operativo en la gestión de eventos del sector farmacéutico, colaborando en la planificación, logística y ejecución de actividades corporativas.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Conocimientos de Amadeus imprescindible.
- Importante manejo de Excel nivel usuario para gestión de listados de asistentes y rooming list.
- Agilidad y capacidad de trabajo bajo presión.
- Experiencia en clientes de laboratorio farmacéutico es un plus.

Agente de reservas para consolidador aéreo.
INDISPENSABLE EXPERIENCIA AMADEUS 2 AÑOS
Las tareas a realizar serán las siguientes:
Venta de billetes aéreos para agencias de viajes.
Soporte a agencias de viajes para informarles sobre las reservas aéreas (cambios, penalizaciones, horarios, equipaje, etc).
Gestión de reservas con Amadeus (emisión, reembolsos, reemisiones, ATC, fare family, colas, etc).
Gestión de reservas NDC.
Conocimiento de tarifas TO, étnicas y negociadas.
50% de trabajo presencial y 50% Teletrabajo (pasado el periodo de formación).
Requisitos:
Titulación mínima:
Formación Profesional Grado Superior / Medio
Experiencia:
De 2 a 3 años
