Esta es tu oportunidad de dar el siguiente paso como Online sales support en nuestras oficinas corporativas de Ibiza.
Tu misión principal será apoyar al departamento en la configuración, mantenimiento y actualización de las diferentes plataformas (propias y de partners), que permitan la correcta distribución de todos los productos de PHG en el canal online.
Responsabilidades- Carga y actualización de tarifas y mapeos.
- Gestión y control de ofertas, promociones, etc. en Siteminder, channels.
- Gestión de metas, promocodes, etc. en Roiback.
- Gestión y resolución de incidencias de reservas.
- Control y seguimiento de las peticiones de "price match" de nuestra web.
- Revisión periódica de que los contenidos en las webs de PHG se corresponden con las ofertas y promociones activas.
- Junto con Revenue, control y monitorización del desempeño de la competencia.
- Prestar atención al desempeño de las cuentas e informar al KAM en caso de desviaciones.
- Asistir a los KAMs en la gestión de tareas e incidencias técnicas.
- Elaboración y gestión de contratos en SecNet.
- Quality control del compset mediante visitas periódicas.
- Control de la facturación de los diferentes acuerdos de comarketing, rappels, etc.
- Soporte en las tareas propias del departamento y gestión de incidencias.
