Overview
AXA’s Management Committee is driving a strategic initiative – AXA Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) – designed to transform AXA’s value proposition. Through AXA DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, focusing on risk prediction, prevention and management. The DCP creates a platform of AXA’s risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance service offerings for commercial clients and third parties. End users will access data built on existing or developing AXA assets. The platform aims to monetize unique capabilities and services, aggregate and deliver insights from unique data sets with external partners, and foster end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers.
AXA DCP aims to:
- Improve underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of AXA Group
- Create a platform for risk management and prevention services

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Analytics Development and Implementation — Design and execute quantitative user testing and analytics to generate meaningful insights for the product team. Translate complex user data into clear, inclusive, user-focused design solutions that improve usability and engagement across diverse audiences.
- Product and Experience Design — Conduct user research throughout the product discovery process, including interviews, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing. Use insights to inform accessible, innovative product designs.
- User-Centric Advocacy — Lead workshops and presentations to share insights effectively and promote inclusive, user-centric thinking. Maintain research documentation such as personas, journey maps, and usability reports.
We’re looking for someone with these abilities and skills:
- Proven track record in UX research and design with data-driven insights and accessible, inclusive design recommendations
- Ability to integrate research findings into iterative product development cycles
- Data analysis skills with effective communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in English (verbal and written); French would be ideal
