**What your responsibilities will be**
**IBP E2E solution (Kinaxis Maestro) maintenance and deployment.**
1. Support the IBP Cycle activities in Kinaxis.
2. Business process expert in Kinaxis: ensure solution alignment with the process and business needs.
3. Support integration of new functionalities and changes in Kinaxis: from design to testing.
4. Provide training (resources/live training) to tool users.
5. Build documentation on the tool implementation at Grifols.
**Data Analysis and Reporting for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Cycle for the Biopharma Business Unit**
1. Management and maintenance of the data required for the IBP cycle.
2. Development of reports to identify potential opportunities and gaps.
3. Development and calculation of appropriate metrics and KPIs. Monitoring critical planning parameters, conducting root cause analysis, and providing action plans for metric deviations.
4. Communication of results and key information to senior management to support strategic decision-making and issue resolution.
**Global Master Data Management for Materials in the Biopharma, Plasma, and Biosupplies Business Units**
1. Maintain the common master data for materials across all areas in SAP.
2. Design processes for the governance of material master data.
3. Develop and maintain documentation related to global material master data governance to ensure quality, cleanliness, and integrity.
4. Participate in global projects involving material master data, including company integrations into SAP and system changes.
5. Analyze the management of material master data.

+ Expert in Kinaxis as a user and solid knowledge of the functional configuration of the solution.
+ Proactive self-starter dedicated to continuous improvement, result oriented and strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
+ Excellent analytical and statistical skills including the ability to develop and measure metrics, develop complex models, etc.
+ Strong project management/process improvement skills.
+ Ability to create consensus and implement processes in a complex matrix environment.
