Trabajarás de la mano de los equipos de Marketing y Comercial para analizar el mercado del sector de la panificación, detectar tendencias y oportunidades y convertir los datos en insights de negocio que impulsen la estrategia comercial.
Entre tus responsabilidades destacamos:
- Realizar análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos del mercado: competidores, clientes, canales de distribución, portafolio de productos, etc.
- Identificar tendencias de consumo y la participación de mercado por zona geográfica, canal de distribución y categoría de producto.
- Colaborar con el equipo comercial en la elaboración de propuestas comerciales y estrategias de desarrollo.
- Gestionar y mantener actualizada la información en las bases de datos y el CRM de la compañía.
- Trabajar estrechamente con el área de Marketing para detectar oportunidades de negocio en el mercado.
Buscamos a una persona con formación en ADE, Económicas o similar, y experiencia en análisis de mercado y manejo de datos numéricos. YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or similar roles (e.g., as a business analyst, product owner, or consultant)
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes in digital projects
- Very good German and English skills
- Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development processes
- Technical understanding (APIs, cloud technologies, databases, etc.)

Position Summary
Exhibition Hub is seeking a motivated, strategic, and analytically-minded Business Analyst to join our growing Revenue team. In this mid-level role, you will combine strong analytical skills with sharp business insight to support data-driven decision-making and help shape the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Your focus will be on tracking revenue performance across all products and revenue streams, identifying and executing revenue-maximizing opportunities (such as pricing optimization and pipeline planning), and contributing to the overall strategic planning process. This role is about leveraging data to drive growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on sales and performance data across all of EH’s projects and revenue streams.
- Identify and execute opportunities to maximize revenue (e.g., pricing strategy, capacity planning, pipeline analysis).
- Define, assess, and implement initiatives that drive improved performance within existing revenue streams.
- Track and report progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic targets, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Follow up on ongoing initiatives to ensure proper implementation and assess outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including business developers, operations, and others—to support the successful rollout of new initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of EH’s long-term growth strategy through analytical insights and structured planning.

You’ll be joining the Process Support team responsible for delivering system and process support to front, middle, and back-office users trading natural gas across physical and financial markets. Acting as the bridge between business and IT, this is a hands-on, user-facing role where you’ll manage the daily operational support of the Horizon ETRM platform, maintain business continuity, and drive improvements across trading processes.
What you’ll be doing in the job:
- Acting as Horizon super-user, working directly with traders, schedulers, and risk teams to support daily operations
- Providing L1/L2 user support for Horizon and its interfaces with corporate and external systems
- Troubleshooting issues, performing configuration tasks, and managing system integrations
- Developing and documenting procedures across trade lifecycle functions — deal entry, scheduling, valuation, invoicing, settlements, and risk reporting
- Supporting audit, compliance, and data requests via SQL queries and extracts
- Building business requirements for new functionality and coordinating UAT for system enhancements
- Managing small projects to enhance the ETRM landscape and improve front-to-back efficiency
What experience you need to be successful:
- 10+ years’ experience supporting ETRM systems in natural gas trading environments
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Horizon ETRM platform
- Deep understanding of natural gas trading lifecycle — deal capture, scheduling, hedging, settlements, and risk reporting
- Proven experience in process design, documentation, and internal control testing
- Skilled in SQL and familiar with Azure DevOps for change and release tracking
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience within trading businesses
- Desirable: Power BI/Tableau, Python, bilingual (English/Spanish), or experience across Power/LNG
