Buscamos reforzar el equipo de Eurekakids Vigo, con un/a Store Assistant. ¡Sé partícipe de los sueños de muchas familias!

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

1. Dar la bienvenida, atender y asesorar al cliente, prestándole un servicio excepcional siguiendo los principios básicos del modelo de asesoramiento de Eurekakids.
2. Detectar las necesidades y gustos del cliente para ofrecer productos que aporten valor añadido al tiempo de juego, con los niños y niñas como protagonistas, desde una experiencia de compra empática y didáctica.
3. Realizar venta activa, cobro de productos, devoluciones, cambios, cuadres de caja, depósito bancario, etc.
4. Estar al día de los KPIs y conocer los objetivos de la tienda para alcanzarlos junto a su equipo.
5. Fomentar la fidelidad del cliente y aumentar la membresía en el club.
6. Responsabilizarse junto a su equipo de tareas de recepción y control de stock, reposición, etiquetado, inventarios, etc.
7. Cuidar la imagen de la tienda y la presentación de los productos según las directrices de visual merchandising, manteniendo limpieza y organización en tienda y almacén.
8. Participar en la creación e impartición de talleres y actividades en la tienda para transmitir el valor educativo de nuestros juguetes.
9. Conocer en detalle la variedad de productos y sus especificaciones técnicas para agregar valor a la venta.
10. Cuidar la imagen y limpieza personal según la política y valores de Eurekakids.

Contrato indefinido, incorporación inmediata. Jornada de 10 horas semanales (aún por planificar), con salario bruto mensual de 348,34 € más comisiones por objetivos.

El equipo te necesita!

• Estudios secundarios o equivalente.
• Valorable formación adicional y formal en educación.
• Valorable experiencia previa en tienda, especialmente en sector juguetes, accesorios o moda infantil.
• Actitud positiva, orientación al cliente, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y buenas habilidades de comunicación.
• Flexibilidad para trabajar en horarios variables según las necesidades de la tienda.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en festivos y fines de semana.
• Buen nivel de inglés en atención al cliente (en algunas tiendas).

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

- Atenderás a nuestros clientes en la tienda de Valencia con cercanía y profesionalidad.

- Asesorarás sobre nuestros productos, ayudando a encontrar la mejor opción para cada peludo.

- Mantendrás la tienda ordenada, limpia y alineada con la identidad visual de Wild Balance .

- Gestionarás el cobro en caja utilizando nuestro sistema ERP.

- Ayudarás en el control de stock, colocación de producto y reposición.

- Participarás en la implementación de campañas , promociones y acciones especiales en tienda.

- Colaborarás con el equipo para que cada cliente se lleve una experiencia de 10 .

¿Qué te hará triunfar en Wild Balance?

- Tener experiencia previa en atención al cliente o venta en tienda (mínimo 1 año).

- Valorable formación o interés en nutrición animal, productos naturales y bienestar de mascotas .

- Ser una persona comunicativa, amable y con actitud de servicio.

- Sentirte cómodo/a trabajando en equipo, con iniciativa y organización.

- Tener conocimientos básicos en herramientas digitales: TPV, correo, Excel, etc.
