Identify opportunities to improve tracking and propose innovative, data-driven initiatives to enhance customer experience and identify growth opportunities. Roadmap & User Stories:
Contribute to the creation of the team's roadmap and translate features into well-defined user stories.
Your Profile
At least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile environments, or as a Business Analyst with a structured mindset and a desire to transition into Product Ownership. Previous experience with digital analytics products (reporting, data visualization), preferably in eCommerce or digital environments. Ability to manage complex data sets and turn them into actionable insights. Hands-on experience as an analyst and/or in implementing tracking and data collection. Knowledge of data governance, structure, and best documentation practices. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business teams, analysts, and technical stakeholders. Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., GTM, Tealium) or server-to-server tracking is a plus. Fluent in English.

Your Key Responsibilities
As Scrum Product Owner, you will :
Act as the final authority on priorities, business value, and product functionality
Own and refine the product backlog based on ROI and business value
Liaise with business stakeholders to validate requirements
Drive solution design by aligning IT tools with business processes
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, etc.)
Facilitate product acceptance and ensure stakeholder alignment
Skills & Competencies
Must-have :
Solid knowledge of Agile / Scrum frameworks
Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

We are looking for a new joiner to join our Product Management team as an apprentice in product management. In this role, you will support the development of innovative digital solutions that create value for our customers. Guided by senior Product Managers and Leads, you will learn how to successfully define and create new web-based experiences for our users, execute on a product vision, collaborate across functions with software and data engineers, product designers and business leaders, and drive incremental improvements to our digital products and platform. This position is ideal for someone that recently finished university studies and wants to start a career in digital product management. A TYPICAL DAY
- Learn to successfully execute product strategy and roadmap set by Leads and other Product Managers.
- Support the discovery, definition, and refinement of requirements for digital features and improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure clear product delivery.
- Learn to influence successful outcomes by building trust and alignment across stakeholders.
- Contribute to the analysis of product performance through metrics, data, and customer feedback.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree required in a technical, business or marketing-related area; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent academic record, ideally within the top 5% of university graduates.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and structured thinking.
- Highly motivated with autonomy, initiative, and a drive to step up and grow fast.
- Passion for digital products and willingness to learn product management best practices.
- Previous experience creating digital products (e.g., side projects such as apps, webs or business ideas based on digital experiences) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English
