Title and Summary

Director Product ManagementMastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES) is a platform for Issuers, Wallet Providers, Merchants, and other Token Requestors to enable the digitization of Mastercard Cards for digital payments. Global MDES team is responsible for building and maintaining MDES Product that powers Digital Wallets and secures E-Commerce ecosystem.

This Position of Director, Product Management will be a member of global MDES team responsible for Product Management and Commercialization of MDES platform for Device Wallets (M4D).

Role :

  • Work with internal and external Business teams in defining product requirement for Device Wallets.
  • Team with technical architects and Product development teams in defining technical flows.
  • Work with Project Managers in managing timelines as per customers’ expectations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to build the Product.
  • Get necessary approvals from legal and data privacy teams.
  • Partner with regions in defining Go to Market Strategies of the Product.
  • Conduct Competitive analysis and position the product well in the market
  • Work with Mastercard regional teams to tailor the product as per the Market needs.
  • Come up with Sales decks Collaterals for Sales team
  • Work with Legal teams to come up with contracts and agreements

All About You :

  • MBA with Engineering Background preferred

Principales tareas
  • Gestionar la relación con los PM de las empresas operadoras con respecto a la incorporación del producto (requisitos técnicos requisitos de servicio fase POC.)

  • Una revisión del sprint para la cual preparará con el Feature Team una demostración de los principales elementos terminados (definición de la práctica realizada) del sprint
  • Una retrospectiva en la que participará activamente para trabajar en acciones de mejora del equipo
  • Reuniones de perfeccionamiento dedicadas con la propiedad del producto para preparar el contenido del próximo sprint
  • Comités Directivos mensuales liderados por el Gerente de Producto con la Alta Gerencia del Lugar de Trabajo

ADP is hiring a Director, Product Management to join the Global Payroll product team. ADP's Global Payroll is a fast-growing business, offering payroll solutions in more than 140 countries. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics, influence strategy, create and manage the product roadmap, partner with product development and user experience for product design, and work across a team of product managers and business functions to execute against commitments to deliver to business outcomes.
No two days are the same. You will lwork alongside a team of passionate, creative product managers to understand user needs, define product requirements aligned with expected business results, and work with product development and user experience to deliver against plans. You will meet with internal and external users to understand their needs and share product plans. You will manage the product roadmap prioritizing against key objectives, and will gather input and provide visibility to key stakeholders. You will monitor results and recommend process changes, and/or product or service improvements.

**Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Senior Director at ADP.**
+ Establish and manage a product roadmap and help show the cross product (portfolio) roadmap. Drive visibility to trade-offs among priorities, strategic bets and other considerations as applicable.
+ Identify product initiatives based on market competitive analysis and client feedback to aid our product strategy and keep our market leading position.
+ Execute on the vision for the end-to-end user experience journey partnering with the experience design teams.
+ Lead/influence through rapid, data driven iterations focused on customer and stakeholder outcomes.
+ Provide executive leadership support as needed through product presentations, executive engagements and other means.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job.

+ Proven ability to partner effectively across functions and drive alignment on challenging decisions and priority trade-offs.
+ Measure product(s) impact and effectiveness, identify trends, report outcomes and drive priorities to improve.
