Buscamos un/a Project Management altamente motivado y con experiencia en la gestión de proyectos industriales para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta persona será responsable de coordinar con oficina técnica, producción y test final la ejecución de la fabricación de equipos industriales, desde la fase de diseño hasta el envío del equipo a su localización final. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de diseño, operaciones y ventas, asegurando que los proyectos se completen dentro de los plazos establecidos.
Descripción de las principales funciones:
Seguimiento de la planificación y coordinación de los pedidos de los proyectos, asegurando que los plazos se cumplan.
Análisis y toma de decisiones con los departamentos implicados para la mitigación de posibles problemas en los plazos de entrega.
Gestión de la relación con los clientes.
Seguimiento de la planificación de producción para evitar desviaciones, o en su caso informar a los clientes.
Colaboración estrecha con los departamentos de compras y logística para asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales.
Formación requerida:
Ingeniería Industrial (mecánica o eléctrica) o experiencia contrastable en la gestión de la fabricación de pedidos industriales.
Conocimiento de distintos procesos o fases de fabricación de equipos, incluyendo la planificación, ejecución, control, testeo y expedición.
Experiencia en la coordinación/ trato con diferentes departamentos.
Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos/pedidos simultáneamente, con enfoque en la solución de problemas para cumplir fechas de entrega.
Nivel de inglés (B2 o superior).
Se valorará:
Conocimientos de UTAs tanto a nivel estructural como eléctrico y de control.
Experiencia en puesta en servicio de unidades de tratamiento de aire o Fan Wall.
Conocimiento de software de gestión de proyectos (MS Project o similar).
Conocimiento de Alemán.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with extensive international experience to join a multidisciplinary team in Cádiz, specializing in EPC/EPCM project management, procurement, cost engineering, and supply chain management in the Oil & Gas and Energy sector.
The selected candidate will be involved in the planning, execution, and control of international projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, quality, and safety, as well as effective coordination with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
- Manage tendering, negotiation, and follow-up processes with clients and suppliers.
- Optimize costs, schedules, and resources across the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Report progress, risks, and deviations to project management.
- Promote best management practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements (M/F/D)
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Over 15 years of experience in project management within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector.
- Background in procurement, supply chain, and cost engineering.
- International track record in multicultural environments.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Working alongside virtually all the leading hyperscalers across Europe, this company has been a phenomenal success since conception and continues to lead the market in establishing regional presences in key areas.
Their current focus is Iberia and they want to lead their network in datacentres from Barcelona, where they have already secured work.
This position is a Country Lead Project Management role. We are seeking someone who can be an ambassador for their business in the region, who can grow a team, who can deliver the clients interests and objectives, will also understand regional planning/permits/applications, and have a proven track record in datacentre delivery from a consultancy perspective.
You will ideally also have a reasonable network within the region and be able to contribute to business development, creating solutions to deliver capital expenditure projects that focus on the best possible business outcome and align with clients businesses strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial project manager to lead something that will grow rapidly.
