We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the Hotel Construction and Renovation Industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a fantastic team and travel around Europe to supervise the different projects. Interested? Keep reading below :

About the role :

We are seeking a candidate who had hands-on experience with managing diverse teams at various locations (both domestically and internationally). The successful candidate must be able to oversee the management of several projects simultaneously and must have experience in the construction industry and good working knowledge of Supply Chain management related to this industry. The ideal candidate will possess the skill set required to create a process flow with timelines for each project, understand the safety and industry standards and work with our Procurement Team to ensure that each project is designed, operationalized and completed within determined deadlines.

Skills and Experience :

  • Define the Project’s scope and determine available resources
  • Set time estimates for each task related to the project
  • Create a clear and concise plan to execute the project and monitor progress
  • Good problem-solving abilities to be able to manage issues as they arise
  • Communicating consistently with team members to ensure such deadlines are met
  • Managing cost-overruns and unforeseen expenditure
  • Preparing recommendations for changes or adjustments during the project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Hotel Reconstruction Industry is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP and Project Management Software
  • Expert team building and management experience
  • Good knowledge of International Standards and Regulations for Hotels

About this role

As part of our Global Project Management team, you will work alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The Director of Project Management is responsible for providing oversight to Project Managers in the day-to-day management activities of their projects, ensuring management support in meeting operational and financial deliverables according to customer requirements and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Manage the oversight of execution and conduct of clinical studies assigned to the project managers reporting to the Director of Project Management.
  2. Provide proactive guidance and direction to assigned staff around project planning, project execution, project review, risk mitigation, problem solving, and customer management to assist in service delivery and professional development.
  3. Line management of assigned staff within Project Management.
  4. Participate in recruitment and induction of new staff with Human Resources.
  5. Provide technical expertise and Project Management support to project managers.
Qualifications :
  1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in life sciences, RN diploma, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  3. In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory and compliance requirements.
  4. Thorough knowledge of the clinical drug development process.
  5. Proven ability to work through others to deliver results to quality, time, and financial metrics.
  6. Excellent organizational skills.

· Works collaboratively with strategy and transformation team members to help identify and propose how to successfully implement and track EMEA growth plans – this includes but is not limited to:

o MU growth plans

o Solution areas growth plans

o Segment and channel growth plans

Acts as trusted advisor and change agent

· Acts independently as a trusted advisor and change agent for the region’s leaders

· Has the stamina to represents the region’s interests in global transformation program design/definitions (and channels global transformation programs and priorities to the region)

Experiences

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience from McKinsey & Co, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain (MBB) or prior technology strategy or transformation experience with ability to independently :

o Structure a multi-dimensional problem (how to design a large-scale regional roll out of global transformation programs to ensure stakeholder buy-in and timely business impact)

o Prioritize issues/opportunities to solve problem

o Plan required analyses and data/sources needed

o Execute the necessary analyses leveraging business experts

o Synthesize findings

o Develop recommendations to leadership using ‘WHY, WHAT and HOW’ storyline

- Technology field experience or similar experience: Solid track record in a customer-facing role etc alternatively in a role that focuses on performance enhancement of the field e.g. global GTM transformation, workforce transformatio

- Stakeholder management: Well versed in leveraging global stakeholders to unlock roadblocks (e.g., accelerating global guidance, business case approvals etc.) and leveraging regional stakeholders to support project identification, sizing and execution

Requirements

Language: Fluency in English and preferably one of the languages of the local markets are desirable

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent accreditation required; along with program management certification preferred

The role will have direct exposure to key members of the regional and market senior leadership team to ensure successful design and roll out of strategy & transformation program.
**Strategy & Transformation Responsabilities**
Supports Global S&T programs
· Contributes to EMEA planning and roll out processes in collaboration with global teams, EMEA GTM, EMEA S&O leader including:
o Multiyear business planning processes, and the associated workforce transformation
o Roll out of cross functional global transformation through a structured approach to change management, comms and enablement
Supports Regional S&T programs
· Works collaboratively with strategy and transformation team members to help identify and propose how to successfully implement and track EMEA growth plans - this includes but is not limited to:
o MU growth plans
o Solution areas growth plans
o Segment and channel growth plans
Acts as trusted advisor and change agent
· Acts independently as a trusted advisor and change agent for the region's leaders
· Has the stamina to represents the region's interests in global transformation program design/definitions (and channels global transformation programs and priorities to the region)

**Experiences**
- _Minimum 2-3 years' experience from McKinsey & Co, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain (MBB) or prior technology strategy or transformation experience_ with ability to independently:
o Structure a multi-dimensional problem (how to design a large-scale regional roll out of global transformation programs to ensure stakeholder buy-in and timely business impact)
o Prioritize issues/opportunities to solve problem
o Plan required analyses and data/sources needed
o Execute the necessary analyses leveraging business experts
o Synthesize findings
o Develop recommendations to leadership using 'WHY, WHAT and HOW' storyline
- _Technology field experience or similar experience:_ Solid track record in a customer-facing role etc alternatively in a role that focuses on performance enhancement of the field e.g. global GTM transformation, workforce transformatio
- _Stakeholder management:_ Well versed in leveraging global stakeholders to unlock roadblocks (e.g., accelerating global guidance, business case approvals etc.) and leveraging regional stakeholders to support project identification, sizing and execution
**Requirements**
Language: Fluency in English and preferably one of the languages of the local markets are desirable
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent accreditation required; along with program management certification preferred
**KPIs (not inclusive)**
- Project impact on regional performance: Regional KPIs such as cloud revenue growth, regional cloud revenue quality and efficiency
- Stakeholder satisfaction: NPS for leadership stakeholders (global and regional stakeholders).
