El objetivo de estas clases es alcanzar el nivel 1 del CFA. No hay prisa , se tratará de un proceso a largo plazo, donde nos enfocaremos en fortalecer tus conocimientos sobre las materias que desees reforzar.

En este contexto, te interesaría saber qué materia(s) deseas reforzar con nuestras clases. Por ejemplo, si tu objetivo es mejorar tus habilidades en Finanzas Comerciales, asumiríamos ese foco y trabajaríamos juntos para aumentar tu comprensión sobre los diversos aspectos financieros que involucran la toma de decisiones comerciales.

Otra cuestión importante es el curso académico al que estás matriculado. En este caso, como mencionaste anteriormente, eres estudiante de Máster o Postgrado. Este dato nos ayudará a tener una visión clara de tus necesidades específicas como alumno/a.

También será necesario elegir un tipo de clase adecuado. Clases individuales resultan muy efectivas cuando se requiere atención personalizada y motivación individualizada. También sería recomendable priorizar un perfil de profesor que sea cercano y accesible.

Además, debemos considerar el número de horas que puedes dedicar por semana. En este punto tenemos tu decisión de practicar entre 1 hora diaria. Algunas personas pueden preferir menos tiempo, pero no hay problema en prolongar las sesiones si fuese necesario.

Otra cuestión relevante son los horarios de preferencia. Entiendo que prefieres media tarde (18:00-21:00). Esta franja horaria puede ser beneficiosa para aquellos estudiantes que cuentan con alguna responsabilidad profesional en sus horarios del día y sólo tienen disponible su tarde libres.

Finalmente, llega el momento de definir el servicio en el que estarías interesado. Como mencionaste con claridad, Relación calidad/precio es tu elección preferida. Tienes claro que invertir en tu formación tiene sentido cuando sientes que tienes un valor añadido.

Build, maintain and update Company Financial Models including business plan, assisting with underwriting of new real estate acquisition and development opportunities and liaising between Finance team, Real Estate team and Shareholder.

Key responsibilities

• USGAAP month-end close procedures and documentation to ensure accuracy and integrity for the Spanish entities Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheets.
• Identify unusual trends and entries within the local ledgers, plan remediation actions and evaluate solutions with different line of business.
• Supporting the local statutory financial statementspreparation which consolidates EMEA region.
• Deeply assess IFRS implications for key business transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal skills and team-oriented person.
• Strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical accounting background, experience in accounting, statutory audits, reporting and planning (4-5 years of experience within a similar role).
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and PGC Spanish GAAP accounting principles.
• Very fluent in both English and Spanish. Strong verbal and written communication skills required for both languages.
• High proficiency in MS-Office environment (compulsory experience in Excel and Essbase knowledge preferable).
• Being able to work and coordinate with different teams (both local and international) based on different regions and time zones.
• High capacity to adapt to changes and new processes taking ownership on them with a proactive approach.
• Collaborative mindset on engagement and development initiatives within finance organization.
• Being able to manage workloads, prioritize tasks and work through strict deadlines.
