  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a global outlook .
  • Ability to lead through uncertainty and build high-performing finance teams.

Schedule : Full Time

  • Flexible hours (7.5 hours a day).
  • 100% Remote (with the possibility of coming to the office if you wish, located in Barcelona).

Primary Location : Remote *We can only consider candidates who are Spanish residents and with the necessary documentation to legally work in the country.

Mission: Ensure financial sustainability and scalability by leading and executing financial strategy with a long-term vision and driving efficiency

Key responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and implement the global financial strategy aligned with our growth goals.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the Co-CEOs and Executive Board.
  • Promote a data- and results-oriented mindset across the company, ensuring that we pursue ambitious growth while maintaining financial stability and long-term sustainability.

Planning, Control & Reporting

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with precision and agility.
  • Deliver clear and actionable financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee accounting, tax compliance, cash flow, and regulatory reporting.

Business Partnering & Scalability

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and growth teams to guide strategic decisions with a focus on financial impact, efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Evaluate new business lines, markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities from a financial perspective.
  • Optimise cost structures , automate processes, and professionalise financial management.

Financial Operations & Controls

  • Oversee the settlement and reconciliation process with insurance carriers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
