¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo con un perfil especializado en gestión de la ciberseguridad y de la seguridad de la información de distintos clientes, proporcionando el mejor delivery, coordinando equipos técnicos y actuando como el principal punto de contacto con el cliente.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Coordina y supervisa la entrega de servicios gestionados de ciberseguridad para múltiples clientes, garantizando cumplimiento de SLA y métricas más relevantes (KPIs).
  • Coordina el trabajo de equipos técnicos multidisciplinares especializados en SIEM, SOAR, EDR, gestión de vulnerabilidades y respuesta a incidentes.
  • Actúa como punto de contacto principal con el cliente, gestionando expectativas, escalados y planes de mejora continua.
  • Genera y presenta informes de seguimiento del servicio, adaptados a distintas audiencias en el lado del cliente.
  • Reporta métricas clave de rendimiento, satisfacción del cliente y evolución del servicio.
  • Impulsa iniciativas de automatización, IA, eficiencia y madurez en la entrega de servicios.
  • Valorable contar con certificaciones profesionales en ciberseguridad: CISM, CISA, CISSP, CySA+, etc.
  • Nivel inglés : alto a nivel hablado (C1 equivalente al menos), para interlocución con equipos internos distribuidos en otras geografías y con los clientes (nivel Europeo).
  • Valorable inglés B2 o superior.
  • Residencia en Málaga .
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares .

A strong member of the global Programme Management Team and CISO office the Information Security Project Manager is responsible for leading cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion ensuring all deliverables meet established objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally this role will contribute to organizational transformation by standardizing project management practices and methodologies across the company.

Creating passion : your responsibilities
  • Lead cybersecurity projects from conception through completion ensuring adherence to scope timeline budget and quality objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and enable cross-functional teams and serve as primary stakeholder liaison throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST etc.) and regulatory requirements as needed.
  • Monitor project budgets optimize resource utilization and maintain detailed documentation using standardized templates. Report to various stakeholders on progress.
  • Actively support and participate in transforming the project management structure across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational project management best practices and governance frameworks.
Contributing your strengths : your qualifications
  • Bachelors / Masters in Cybersecurity Computer Science Information Technology or related field such as Engineering.
  • A minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in software product development large IT projects or Cyber Security.
  • Cybersecurity and PM certifications are advantageous : PRINCE2 PMP AGILE SAFE CISSP CISM or comparable alternatives.
  • English is a must German and French are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles threats and mitigation strategies are advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience or understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST) and compliance requirements are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and organizational change management.
  • Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing transnational / international teams.

Information Security Manager - Security Engineering & Operations

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

The innovation, implementation and operation of security controls, detection and monitoring capabilities, coupled with the management strategies to maintain the security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, accountability and relevant compliance of information systems with legislation, regulation and relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities Information security
  • Implementation and operationalization of security-focused tools and services.
  • Implement continual improvement and innovation of security-focused tools and services.
  • Implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks.
  • Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
  • Provides advice and guidance on security strategies to manage identified risks and ensure adoption and adherence to standards.
  • Participating in the change management process.
  • Contributes to development of information security policy, standards and guidelines.
  • Understanding of more than one of the following domains: EDR, Cloud Security, VARM, SIEM, SOAR, OT Security, Application Security.

  • Actively maintains recognized expert level knowledge in one or more identifiable specialisms.
  • Provides definitive advice in their specialist area(s).

Reporting

Security administration
  • Maintains security administration processes and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
  • Provides guidance in defining access rights and privileges.
  • Supports the investigation of security breaches in accordance with established procedures and recommends required actions.
Relationship management
  • Works according to stakeholder engagement/communications plan.
  • Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
  • Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Earns trust and maintains strong working relationships with respective operational stakeholders.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
  • University degree with focus on Information Security or IT related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient spoken and written command of English.
  • At least 5 years experience in IT.
  • 2 years of experience in relevant area.
  • Working understanding and knowledge of regional and global market landscape and the respective customer.

**Who You Are**
**Required Skills** **(mandatory):**
At least 3 years of experience in Technical Security Skills:
- **Identity management** : Advanced knowledge of tools such as One Identity (Safeguard), ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager), and CyberArk and OpenAM and other Ping Identity solutions.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Secure Infrastructure: Firewall administration (Palo Alto, Fortinet), IP networks, IPSEC, and access management.
- Secure Applications and Incident Response: Ability to design, implement, and maintain secure systems, as well as react to security incidents.

- Systems Thinking for Reliability: Application of methodologies that consider technical and organizational dependencies to ensure service reliability.

The Information Security Lead Expert leads the development and implementation of the end-to-end strategic approach to Information Security.
Where will you be in the organization?
The division
You will join the Group Security division, defining the security standards to be applied by AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture across the Group and providing centralized services to support entities (Crisis Management, Security Operations Centre, etc.).
Throughout AXA Group, the security community represents composed of 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand and people. To achieve this, we have gathered our three security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security and Operational Resilience.
Our Main Missions
  • Monitor the Security Threat Landscape
  • Define and oversee Security Standards and Strategy implementation across the Group
  • Drive local security objectives with C-Level executive (COO, CIO, CTO, CFO…) of AXA entities
  • Ensure the security of Group Operations as an entity
  • Provide centralized security services and products to AXA entities
AXA Group Security is divided in 4 main blocks :
  • Corporate functions (Group Mandate) : Security Advisory and Standards, Security Governance, Security Risk & Assurance, Security Strategy and Awareness
  • CyberDefense (Group security services and products provider)
  • Group Operations Security (Security of the hosting entity)

About The Job
Job purpose
Reporting to the Information Security Executive Manager, this role is accountable for helping build and embed the end-to-end strategic approach to AXA Information Security throughout the Group, including governance and oversight of Information Security activity and the provision of security advisory.
The role is a key member of the Group Information Security Function and may be required to act as deputy to the Executive Manager including some responsibility for budgetary and people management.
The Scope Of Work Includes
  • Overseeing day to day activities of the Group Information Security team
  • Ensuring that Group Information Security goals, targets and deadlines are met
  • Providing expertise, advice and guidance to business leadership and colleagues on matters relating to Information Security to support strategic intent
  • Defining and maintaining for Information Security, management systems, policies, instructions and detailed guidance for AXA
  • Influencing the business agenda
  • Embedding Information Security requirements throughout the AXA Group
  • Embedding a security culture and ensuring security "by design”
  • Supporting the management of group level Information Security threats, incidents and crises
  • Upskilling of security practitioners
  • Driving simplification, innovation, and convergence of security
  • Contributing to information security good practice and support its adoption across the group
  • Delivery is through direct engagement with geographical and functional leadership (CEOs, CIOs, Heads of Professional families, IT functions, Program Management) and the wider Security community.
Main missions
  • Support leadership, governance and oversight of the Group Information Security Function and act as a deputy to the Executive Manager - including budgetary management and people leadership for the Information Security function.
  • Support the Executive Manager to lead the Information Security team and provide oversight of Information Security activity throughout the Group - to ensure an integrated Information Security capability that supports the Group strategic intent.
  • Contribute to the definition of the Security strategy, framework, operating model and capabilities, bringing expert knowledge, skills, experience, best practice and innovation to enhance Information Security throughout the Group.
  • Be a primary Subject Matter Expert with key technical skills and high-level exposure within GO or AXA or key external parts, serving as a global point of contact for Information Security;

    broads a comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques and/or technologies within own function or discipline.
  • Help to influence the business and functional agendas and build internal sponsorship at the top of the organization.
  • Engage with relevant risk management disciplines plus geographic and other functional leadership (e.G. CEOs and Heads of Professional Families plus strategic supply partners) to align information Security to the requirements of the group.
  • Help to design and lead the implementation of governance requirements for Information Security throughout the Group
  • Act as subject matter expert / key point of contact during incidents and crises providing leadership and professional support to the Group Crisis Management Teams and helping to coordinate the Information Security response to multi-entity crises as required.
  • Analyze emerging technology trends. Assess the impact on the business environment and drive the evolution of the framework

IT Security Analyst – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)


YOUR ROLE

As an IT Security Analyst specialized in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) , you will join the International 1 perimeter (all European subsidiaries of ALTEN) and play a key role in deploying the group’s global cybersecurity strategy and enhancing the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Your mission is to strengthen the organization’s security posture, promote a strong security culture, and ensure compliance with international information security standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the continuous improvement of ISO 27001 ISMS within ALTEN International 1 subsidiaries.
  • Manage the risk management process, from assessment to remediation planning, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Retrieve, evaluate, and monitor security exceptions within a risk management approach.
  • Implement and oversee compliance controls, monitoring, and reporting activities across European entities.
  • Coordinate compliance governance and support internal and external audits.
  • Respond to Business Security Requests (contract reviews, security questionnaires, compliance matrices).
  • Design and execute security awareness roadmaps, adapting them to local contexts.
  • Coordinate and monitor transversal security projects across international teams.

YOUR PROFILE

Must-have:

  • Engineering degree (preferably in Informatics or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Security Governance or Security Compliance.
  • Proven experience with ISO 27001, ENS, TISAX, or NIST frameworks.
  • Strong background in risk management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in French and/or Spanish.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP/CISM, or CRISC.
  • Experience in an international and multicultural environment.

Special requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
