- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable messaging that enhances the customer journey.
Your expertise:
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing/Advertising copywriter with a portfolio focused on digital campaigns.
- Native-level English, with outstanding grammar and stylistic instincts.
- Proven ability to write short, snappy, and effective copy across formats.

We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate Marketing Copywriter to join our Marketing Team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you’ll transform complex ideas into sharp, persuasive, and engaging copy that moves people to act. You’ll shape Oppizi’s brand voice across campaigns, landing pages, emails, and ads, making sure our message is clear, consistent, and compelling.

The ideal candidate is a Marketing Copywriter who will be involved in various aspects of Oppizi’s brand and growth. You will be responsible for creating persuasive, conversion-driven copy across digital and offline channels, helping us clarify our value proposition and scale our international presence.

- Write high-conversion copy for landing pages, websites, email campaigns, ads, and product messaging.
- Distill complex ideas into simple, engaging, and persuasive narratives.
- Develop and refine messaging frameworks that clearly articulate Oppizi’s value proposition across audiences and touchpoints.
- Apply persuasion psychology and behavioral principles (social proof, scarcity, loss aversion, framing) to maximize impact.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of Oppizi’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with the design, growth, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize copy performance across campaigns.
- Support the Head of Marketing in shaping communication strategy for key launches and global campaigns.
Must-have Requirements
- Native-level English with exceptional grammar, nuance, and style.
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a copywriter.
- Strong understanding of persuasion psychology and the behavioral principles behind effective messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to write copy that delivers measurable results (clicks, sign-ups, conversions).
- Skilled at adapting tone and style across different audiences and channels.
- Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
Nice to have Requirements
- Experience writing for B2B SaaS, performance marketing, or tech-driven companies.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how to naturally integrate keywords into copy.
- Understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
- Experience adapting copy for international or multilingual markets.
- Portfolio that includes both short-form conversion copy (ads, CTAs, landing pages) and longer storytelling (emails, case studies, brand campaigns).
- Curiosity for behavioral science, consumer psychology, or marketing experimentation.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
