Definir un marco de trabajo y establecer buenas prácticas de diseño en React.
Desarrollar interfaces eficientes y optimizadas en usabilidad y accesibilidad.
Aplicar principios de desarrollo como SOLID y Domain Driven Design (DDD).
Integrar soluciones con bases de datos NoSQL como MongoDB y Redis.
Implementar y mejorar pruebas unitarias, de integración y cobertura de código.
Colaborar con otros equipos en la optimización de nuestras plataformas web.
Trabajar con metodologías ágiles, participar en sprints y revisar historias de usuario.
Liderar proyectos técnicos y mentorizar a otros miembros del equipo.

Requisitos mínimos:
Más de 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo frontend en un puesto similar.
Experiencia sólida en React y su ecosistema.
Conocimientos avanzados de JavaScript, TypeScript y frameworks modernos.
Experiencia con Node.Js y bases de datos NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
Conocimiento de herramientas como Jest, RxJS, Webpack y Styled-components.
Buenas prácticas de programación (SOLID, DDD) y experiencia en testing.

Role OverviewWe are seeking an Electronics Engineer – Medical Devices to join our team in Barcelona. This role involves circuit design, firmware development, and testing of advanced medical devices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Electronics Design & Development- Firmware Development: Programming in C / C++ for low-power microcontrollers using bare-metal / RTOS.
- Hardware Development: Designing complex analog, power, and digital circuits, including PCBAs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring designs meet standards such as IEC 60601, ISO 14708, and IEC 62304.

Education:

Participarás en proyectos innovadores que integran frontends con CMS headless (p. ej. Directus) y otras tecnologías punteras, contribuyendo con tus ideas desde la concepción hasta la puesta en producción.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Desarrollarás nuevas funcionalidades y componentes UI reutilizables en Next.js (React) junto con Tailwind CSS, asegurando código limpio y mantenible.
- Colaborarás con diseñadores UX/UI para traducir diseños (Figma) en experiencias web pixel-perfect, respondiendo de forma óptima en desktop y móvil.
- Integrarás el frontend con APIs y sistemas backend (por ejemplo, consumiendo los endpoints de Directus u otras fuentes de datos) y garantizar la correcta visualización de los contenidos dinámicos.
- Optimizarás la performance de las aplicaciones (carga eficiente, buenas prácticas SEO en Next.js, etc.) y realizar pruebas unitarias/end-to-end para asegurar la calidad.
- Participarás en revisiones de código y seguir metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban), trabajando codo a codo con desarrolladores backend y product owners .
- Te mantendrás actualizado/a sobre nuevas librerías y herramientas frontend, proponiendo mejoras continuas e innovaciones que puedan incorporarse a nuestros proyectos.
- Formación: Grado en Informática, Ingeniería de Software o formación profesional equivalente. (No descartamos experiencia demostrable frente a títulos).
- Tecnologías: Sólidos conocimientos de HTML5 y CSS3. Experiencia con frameworks/librerías modernas de JS (React obligatorio). Manejo de Tailwind CSS en proyectos reales (diseño responsive, componentes custom, theming). Se valorará familiaridad con Directus u otros CMS headless, conocimientos en bases de datos y consumo de APIs REST/GraphQL.
- Herramientas: Experiencia con Git y control de versiones en entornos colaborativos (pull requests, code reviews).
- Soft skills: Buscamos una persona proactiva, con atención al detalle y gusto por el trabajo en equipo. Debes ser capaz de comunicar tus ideas efectivamente, adaptarte a distintos proyectos y tener ganas de aprender constantemente. Valoramos la creatividad para resolver problemas y la capacidad de autonomía en tus tareas.
- Idiomas: Español fluido (entorno de trabajo diario). Nivel de inglés técnico intermedio o superior (podrás leer/escribir documentación y eventualmente comunicarte con algún cliente/partner internacional).
- Contrato indefinido desde el primer día, con salario competitivo (35.000 euros brutos /año) acorde a tu experiencia y conocimiento. Queremos crecer contigo y reconocer tu talento.
- Modalidad de trabajo flexible: Nos encontramos ubicados/as en Bilbao centro y existe la opción de trabajo híbrido (1 día de teletrabajo a la semana). Contamos con un horario flexible de entrada/salida y los viernes por la tarde libre. Además, tenemos jornada intensiva los meses de verano para que disfrutes del buen tiempo.
