Job Description & Summary
Financial Decisions and Analysis (FDnA) is a diverse team with a wide range of skillsets integrated within the Deals department in PwC. FDnA comprises three different areas : CFO Office, Deal Analytics and Working Capital management. These areas are aimed to assist a company recently acquired to ensure a smooth transition to it´s new shareholders information needs. Our main clients are Private Equity funds and we normally focus on three critical areas of the Finance Function : board reporting, treasury forecasting, working capital management and budgeting & business plan elaboration.

These areas are aimed to assist a company recently acquired to ensure a smooth transition to it´s new shareholders information needs. Our main clients are Private Equity funds and we normally focus on three critical areas of the Finance Function : board reporting, treasury forecasting, working capital management and budgeting & business plan elaboration.
We are now looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join our FDnA team. As a Senior Associate you will be the responsible of assisting both internal (PwC) and external (Private Equity and Client) teams.
Your responsibilities will include but may not be limited to :
Development of financial and analytical reporting tools (financial statements, WK analysis, KPIs, customer & products analysis, etc.)
Design and implementation of the budgeting process (cost centers definition, accounting plans, PMO, etc.)
Business plan modeling under different scenarios and sensitivities. BP presentation to different company stakeholders
Develop advance analytic studies
Cash forecasting tools development. Treasury monitoring and projection (13 weeks cash Flow)
Analysis and recommendations to enhance the Working Capital function (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Forecast to Fulfill)
Act on an interim basis (interim CFO, interim deputy CFO, etc.)
Assist in the control takeover and integration of the Finance Function of recently acquired companies
Presentation of the project results and conclusions
Skills And Qualifications
University Degree and / or Master’s Degree in Business and Administration, Finance, Engineerin or Data Analytics.
At least 2-3 years of experience required in Transaction Services, Due Diligence Services, M&A, Strategy, Financial Audit or in a Financial Department
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Team player and resolutive
Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
Proficiency in Spanish and English
Experience with common data science toolkits will be a plus (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI Python, Alteryx, R, etc.)

About Our Role:
As a Promotional Data Analyst, you will be part of an international team focused on analyzing automotive financial data. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a steady flow of high-quality data by effectively networking with internal and external sources, as well as influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely research of automotive financial data available in the market.
- Monitor marketing strategies of automotive markets and collect relevant data for input into proprietary software following company procedures and guidelines.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Anaplan configuration and model building.
- Review and confirm understanding of user stories with the Product Manager and stakeholders before building Anaplan solutions.
- Build scalable Anaplan solutions that translate business processes into data analysis and modeling.
- Configure Anaplan models following best practices and design standards defined by Solution Architects or Master Anaplanners.
- Perform unit testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of model configurations.

Role Mission: Provide operational support for global pharmacovigilance activities related to Grifols' investigational and marketed products. Ensure high-quality pharmacovigilance deliverables that comply with global regulatory reporting timelines. Manage project implementation and execution of safety systems, including ongoing business support and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a key liaison with IT system administrators to validate and test system changes, ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs.
**What your responsibilities will be**
+ Lead and coordinate safety data analysis for aggregate reports preparation, signal management and ad hoc requests.
+ Support drug safety systems through business administration tasks, including database configuration updates, submission rules management and testing with regulatory authorities.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in delivering and evaluating cost-effective, sustainable solutions that meet business requirements.
+ Manage documentation related to PV systems and applications, including SOPs, WPs, user requirements, functional/ technical specifications and process flow diagrams.
+ Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and support the integration of new applications within the PV team.
+ Collect, prioritize and plan system improvements based on user feedback, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Act as the primary PV contact for IT-related PV projects.
+ Drive Innovation through AI in Pharmacovigilance: Stay at the forefront of artificial intelligence advancements to identify and evaluate innovative technologies and processes that can enhance pharmacovigilance operations. This includes proactively assessing AI-driven tools and methodologies to improve signal detection, case processing, data analysis and regulatory compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to pilot and implement solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value in safety monitoring.

We are seeking highly motivated Italian speakers to join our team of data analysts in delivering top-quality financial data across global markets.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Global Data Team and Local Business Representatives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. You will assist in collecting, organising, and verifying financial data, supporting business relationships with fund companies, and collaborating with global data teams to meet production deadlines.
Key responsibilities include :
- Assisting in the collection, organisation, and verification of financial data
- Supporting business relationships with fund companies
- Collaborating with global data teams to deliver high-quality data to clients
- Learning and applying project management methodologies to improve workflows and resolve data challenges
You will have the opportunity to learn and apply project management methodologies, gain hands-on experience with financial data processes, and document and translate client requests into specifications.
To succeed in this role, you must possess :
- Multilingual communication skills, with fluency in English and Italian
- Team player skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members from diverse backgrounds
- Detail-oriented data analysis skills, with a passion for the financial industry and investment data
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
