Grupo Peñaflor, an Argentine company part of Grupo Terold, a winery group with operations throughout the world, is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to join the team based in Madrid, Spain.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the S&OP and Demand Planning process for EMEA, ensuring accurate demand reports to Supply units across all BUs.
- Ensure compliance with forecast accuracy policies that allow proper inventory management.

Con esta beca dentro del Área de Demand Planning podrás aprender a:
Utilizar y gestionar los sistemas de información dentro de la cadena de suministro para impulsar la transformación digital
Impulsar el acceso a la información en Supply Chain y garantizar que los informes relevantes estén disponibles para los usuarios y expertos funcionales
Dar soporte a las diferentes áreas de CSC, especialmente Demand Planning, con foco en la optimización de procesos e implementación del proyecto IBP
Principales responsabilidades
Sistemas y análisis de la cadena de suministro
Formación en iniciativas para impulsar la transformación digital de la cadena de suministro (por ejemplo, Power BI, soluciones B2B, CRMs, etc) para el área.
Te enseñaremos a potenciar el uso de Power BI dentro del Área y formar a los respectivos usuarios
En el día a día aprenderás a desarrollar herramientas digitales para mejorar la experiencia diaria de los usuarios
Verás de primera mano junto a los expertos funcionales de la cadena de suministro y a los gerentes como se desarrollan informes digitales robustos
Operaciones de la cadena de suministro del cliente
Aprenderá como se realiza el apoyo estándar o ad hoc a las áreas de CSC según sea necesario (Planificación, Servicio al Cliente, Manipulados, Almacén y Distribución). Tendrá visibilidad de los procesos E2E (end to end) de la cadena de suministro facilitando su aprendizaje
Qualifications and skills
Essential
Titulado universitario de grado:Máster en Ingeniería Avanzada de Producción, Logística y Cadena de Suministro, Máster en Dirección y Gestión de la Logística y la Cadena de Suministro, Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas ADE, Grado en Ingeniería en Informática
Competencias en Idiomas:nivel C1 de Inglés.
Excel Avanzado (Tablas dinámicas y uso principales formulas)
Mentalidad digital, se valorará el conocimiento de Power BI y Bases de Datos
Orientación a resultados, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita tanto en español como en inglés
Agilidad de aprendizaje demostrada, resiliente y capaz de gestionar múltiples tareas
