ResponsabilidadesTu misión como RPA Developer será diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de automatización que optimicen procesos empresariales mediante el uso de robots de software (UiPath).
- Desarrollo Técnico:
- Configurar y programar bots usando plataformas RPA (UiPath).
- Crear scripts y workflows automatizados siguiendo las especificaciones del RPA Manager.
- Desarrollar componentes reutilizables y librerías.
- Implementar integraciones con APIs, bases de datos y sistemas externos.
- Crear formularios e interfaces de usuario cuando sea necesario.
- Testing y Debugging:
- Realizar pruebas unitarias e integrales del código desarrollado.
- Debuggear y resolver errores técnicos.
- Optimizar rendimiento de los bots.
- Validar funcionamiento técnico antes del despliegue.
- Implementación y Deployment:
- Migrar soluciones de desarrollo a entornos de testing y producción.
- Configurar robots en Orchestrator.
- Establecer schedulers y triggers de ejecución.
- Implementar logging y manejo de excepciones.
- Mantenimiento Técnico:
- Proporcionar soporte técnico nivel 2/3.
- Resolver incidencias operativas y errores de ejecución.
- Realizar updates y patches de las automatizaciones.
- Monitorear performance y estabilidad de los bots.
- Formación técnica: CFGS Desarrollo de aplicaciones web y multiplataforma. Grado en Ingeniería informática o similar.
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años en desarrollo, con herramientas y tecnologías de RPA con UiPath, con un fuerte entendimiento de la lógica basada en flujos de trabajo.
- Valoraremos formaciones de RPA Developer Advanced o RPA Developer Foundation.
- Será valorable la certificación Automation Developer Professional Training.
- Nivel de inglés C1.
- Experiencia en lenguajes de programación como C#, .NET o JavaScript.
- Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión de bases de datos y SQL.
- Valorable experiencia con REST API, JSON, y otras tecnologías de integración de sistemas.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
As Process Automation Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of key automation projects.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you’ll manage a Business Analyst squad and partner closely with the Project Management, Operations, Sales, Product teams, and engineering squads.
You’ll translate strategic goals into prioritized features and drive rapid, high-quality releases that unlock significant efficiency gains.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define & Prioritize: Own the feature backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize work to bring early business impact.
- Drive Delivery: Lead discovery, design, development and rollout of automations in short, iterative sprints.
- Align Stakeholders: Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering and Business team to manage scope, dependencies and risks.
- Track & Report: Monitor key metrics, and present progress to the Leadership team and key stakeholders.
- Enable the Team: Mentor and guide Business Analysts on requirements gathering and UAT, foster a culture of rapid learning and continuous improvement.
SUCCESSFUL PROCESS AUTOMATION MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:
- 2+ years managing business analysts, technical or processes oriented teams in a technology-driven environment (ideally working on software products used by business teams as Zendesk, Salesforce, Netsuite and alike)
- 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor to a technical product or process oriented team. This experience should encompass the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Hands-on experience defining and shipping integrations on Zendesk, NetSuite and/or Salesforce.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, data models and performance constraints with engineering.
- Proven track record of iterative delivery: Agile frameworks, frequent releases, rapid feedback loops.
- Excellent stakeholder management: can balance executive priorities with squad execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Overview
Process Automation Manager at The Knot Worldwide. You will own the vision, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of key automation projects. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you’ll manage a Business Analyst squad and partner closely with the Project Management, Operations, Sales, Product teams, and engineering squads. You’ll translate strategic goals into prioritized features and drive rapid, high-quality releases that unlock significant efficiency gains.
Responsibilities- Define & Prioritize: Own the feature backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize work to bring early business impact.
- Drive Delivery: Lead discovery, design, development and rollout of automations in short, iterative sprints.
- Align Stakeholders: Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering and Business teams to manage scope, dependencies and risks.
- Track & Report: Monitor key metrics, and present progress to the Leadership team and key stakeholders.
- Enable the Team: Mentor and guide Business Analysts on requirements gathering and UAT, fostering a culture of rapid learning and continuous improvement.
- 2+ years managing business analysts, technical or process-oriented teams in a technology-driven environment (ideally software products used by business teams).
- 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor to a technical product or process-oriented team, covering ideation, discovery, development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Hands-on experience defining and shipping integrations on Zendesk, NetSuite and/or Salesforce.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, data models and performance constraints with engineering.
- Proven track record of iterative delivery in Agile environments with frequent releases and rapid feedback.
- Excellent stakeholder management: ability to balance executive priorities with squad execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Overview
Process Automation Manager at The Knot Worldwide. You will own the vision, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of key automation projects. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you’ll manage a Business Analyst squad and partner closely with the Project Management, Operations, Sales, Product teams, and engineering squads. You’ll translate strategic goals into prioritized features and drive rapid, high-quality releases that unlock significant efficiency gains.
Responsibilities- Define & Prioritize: Own the feature backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize work to bring early business impact.
- Drive Delivery: Lead discovery, design, development and rollout of automations in short, iterative sprints.
- Align Stakeholders: Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering and Business teams to manage scope, dependencies and risks.
- Track & Report: Monitor key metrics, and present progress to the Leadership team and key stakeholders.
- Enable the Team: Mentor and guide Business Analysts on requirements gathering and UAT, fostering a culture of rapid learning and continuous improvement.
- 2+ years managing business analysts, technical or process-oriented teams in a technology-driven environment (ideally software products used by business teams).
