Descripción del rol:

Como Junior Supply Chain en el equipo de Tailored Perfumes , desarrollarás conocimientos sobre la cadena de suministro de inicio a fin. Trabajarás en convertir la previsión de la demanda global en un plan de producción y abastecimiento óptimo, en proyectos de nuevos lanzamientos de producto al mercado y en las operaciones diarias. Nos ayudarás a generar y analizar datos de la cadena de suministro, participarás en varios proyectos de optimización y tendrás una oportunidad de aprender y ser parte de los procesos de la cadena de suministro a nivel global.


Responsabilidades - ¿cuál será tu día a día?

  • Definir y parametrizar en el ERP las directivas de inventario de producto terminado y materiales de producción de acuerdo con las políticas de lotes de fabricación y de los proveedores.
  • Desarrollar el Plan Maestro de Producción (MPS), propio y de terceros, de acuerdo con la previsión de demanda, la directiva de inventario de producto terminado y las políticas de fabricación y aprovisionamiento.
  • Desarrollar el Plan de Requerimientos de Materiales (MRP), de acuerdo con el plan de producción (MPS) y las políticas de aprovisionamiento de los proveedores.
  • Evaluar alternativas y establecer planes de contingencia para garantizar la disponibilidad de producto terminado y materiales clave.
  • Mantener el volumen de inventario de producto terminado y materiales dentro de los objetivos marcados. Tanto en ubicaciones propias de Tailored, como en terceros.
  • Reducir stocks de producto terminado y materiales de producción obsoletos o de baja rotación, analizándolos y proponiendo alternativas de reutilización en coordinación con los equipos Comercial y Marketing.
  • Integrar los nuevos desarrollos en la cadena de suministro, analizar condiciones y participar en la toma de decisión de proveedor junto con el equipo de Desarrollo y Marketing.
  • Desarrollar una relación de confianza con los proveedores, optimizar costes y tiempos de entrega.


Requisitos - ¿qué estamos buscando?

  • Formación en Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniería Química; ADE o Economía.
  • Experiencia con herramientas como Microsoft Dynamics, SAP o similares; así como Microsoft Excel (formulación básica y tablas dinámicas).
  • Perfil profesional proactivo, curioso, orientado a resultados y con alta capacidad comunicativa.
  • Nivel de inglés B2.

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Director will lead the strategic and operational direction of the supply chain functions across its European network. This role is accountable for driving supply chain excellence, ensuring capacity readiness for new product introductions, and enabling sustainable business growth.

For our Global Planning team – Textile Effects Division we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive team member in the function of


Supply Planner


Responsible for weekly planning process for all materials for the assigned plant; inventory management; and critical materials and bottleneck management.


This is a permanent and full-time position to be based in Castellbisbal – Barcelona



Key Job Responsibilities:


1. Weekly planning:

- Own the weekly planning process at SKU level for plant materials within the monthly SIOP cycle.

- Ensure accurate replenishment planning from production plant to warehouse.


2. Material Replenishment:

- Act as Process Owner for MRP across the region for assigned plant products.

- Execute weekly release processes to align stock levels with forecasted demand, open orders, and available inventory.

- Ensure accurate stock projections and coverage at month-end.

- Oversee proper distribution to warehouses.


3. Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory within the Planning scope, reacting to demand deviations and ensuring service level agreements are met.

- Responsible for stock levels across all plants (SKU level).


4. Critical Materials:

- Optimize identification of critical materials.

- Communicate expected shortages, with mitigation actions in place.


5. Master Data Ownership:

- Maintain and validate Master Data

- Run regular sanity checks on Master Data.


6. SIOP Process:

- Lead the Monthly Supply Alignment meeting.

- Actively contribute to GSA meeting preparation by providing key inputs: supply constraints, inventory analysis, and more.


7. Support strategic projects and contribute to new process development and cross-team consolidation.


Education/ Experience / Working Time

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Planning/Scheduling in a chemical Industry environment
  • 5 years of experience in similar position

Responsibilities

  • Ensure maintenance, careful operation and availability of the entrusted equipment and utilities in the designated area
  • Increase efficiency and capacity of the entrusted equipment and utilities; keep improvements in the operational
  • Ensure compliance with legal and other regulations in the operation of facilities, buildings and equipment
  • Establish a continuous improvement culture
  • Support management team of respective SCM-Unit in the development and implementation of SCM-Strategies and projects.


Qualifications


  • Related University degree (e.g. Engineering)
  • Min. 8 years of progressive experience in production, operations, or similar area
  • Engineering and Maintenance experience
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Know-how in SAP

Actualmente en el departamento de Software estamos buscando un Supply Chain Consultant en nuestra sede de Cornellà de Llobregat (Headquarters).


¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?


  • Trabaja como miembro de un equipo en proyectos de implementación de software y procesos.
  • Trabaja con los equipos de IT, logística, supply chain, operaciones y negocio del cliente durante todas las fases de implementación del proyecto.
  • Se desempeña como experto funcional y participa en reuniones clave con contactos clave de clientes y usuarios.
  • Implementa, configura, desarrolla el producto de Mecalux para cumplir con las especificaciones funcionales y necesidades del cliente. Realiza tareas como modificaciones, configuración de pantallas, interfases con otros sistemas, reportes (informes, KPI's) que cumplan con los objetivos de negocio de los clientes.
  • Desarrolla y ejecuta scripts de prueba para garantizar que el software de Mecalux implementado por flujos operativos cumpla con los requisitos y necesidades del cliente.
  • Coordina la resolución de problemas con los equipos de soporte durante las fases de implementación y validación, en base a necesidades específicas del cliente relacionadas con la funcionalidad y las mejoras del producto.


¿Cuáles son los requisitos mínimos?


  • Formación Universitaria de Grado en Ingeniería.
  • Capacidad para utilizar herramientas de Microsoft Office 365 como Word, PowerPoint, Excel,Teams y SharePoint para administrar documentos y comunicaciones profesionales.
  • Inglés nivel avanzado hablado y escrito.


¿Cuáles son los requisitos deseados?


  • Formación Universitaria de Máster en Ingeniería.
  • Mínimo de 1 a 2 años de experiencia demostrable trabajando con sistemas de gestión de almacenes, ya sea como cliente o como consultor en la implementación de soluciones WMS.
  • Experiencia actual o previa trabajando en una organización de consultoría de gestión o en un centro de cadena de suministro.
  • Licenciatura en negocios, cadena de suministro, ingeniería industrial o un campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia demostrable en la documentación de los requisitos comerciales y el mapeo de las funcionalidades de la cadena de suministro, realizando la integración del sistema y ayudando con las pruebas de aceptación del usuario y la resolución de problemas.
  • Experiencia en la implementación de soluciones que aprovechan las tecnologías de la nube, idealmente Microsoft Azure.
  • Capacidad para utilizar herramientas de Microsoft Office 365 como Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams y SharePoint para administrar documentos y comunicaciones profesionales.
