The Global Content Operations Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring the resolution of incidents within established SLAs related to metadata updates, sharing settings, and workflow issues.

You’ll own the editorial content and production strategy across the DAZN global for the basketball vertical; The Home of Basketball, in our App, our B2B platform, channels and FAST Channels globally. This is a pivotal leadership role with high visibility and a direct impact on engagement KPIs across the entire customer journey.
Your responsibilities among other will be to be leading and executing the DAZN Basketball content strategy, defining the digital growth strategy within editorial content & engagement, creative design of our website and app, content for social media & media outlets partnerships & comms, live game and no live game content and programming.
Ensuring strategic goals and working across department as DTC and marketing for go to market strategy, business analytics, trading, performance, organic media and paid media execution.
This senior leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the content and production landscape, particularly within the sports and entertainment sectors. As Content Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading Siroko TV's content strategy and ensuring that every editorial action has an impact on the growth, virilization and positioning of the platform. You will work directly with Siroko TV management to define and implement the content roadmap, coordinate a specialized team by sport and establish key relationships with creators, clubs and brands.
What will be your functions / tasks?
- Lead the content strategy of the platform, in coordination with Siroko TV management.
- Coordinate a team of people with expertise in content and sports.
- Design and manage the editorial calendar, defining content, negotiated and balancing with UGC (user generated content).
- Detect and activate partnership opportunities with creators, brands, clubs and specialized media.
- Supervise the execution of key content : interviews, videos, highlights, podcasts, viral formats.
- Define actions that encourage the participation of the Siroko TV community.
