Retail & Wholesale Marketing Manager at HOFF

What will you do?
Define and manage the global retail & wholesale marketing calendar aligned with product launches and brand campaigns.
Work closely with the commercial team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, priorities, and market needs.

Develop marketing toolkits and guidelines to support partners and key accounts globally.

Who are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Location: Madrid – Hybrid with availability for travel.
Experience: 3+ years in Retail Marketing or Trade – preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish & English required;
additional languages are a plus.
Skills: Experience managing in‐store activations, launch campaigns, and collaborating with commercial and visual merchandising teams.
