The project is to bring your experience and creativity to a tech company transforming how healthcare professionals manage their clinics , and take ownership of all marketing activity for the Spanish market .

From patient management platforms to digital tools for clinic workflows, they offer innovative solutions — and now it's your job to make sure the right people hear about them .


WHAT’S YOUR ROLE IN THIS ?

You will design and execute the full marketing strategy in Spain, aligned with the company’s business goals. You’ll take the lead on launching and managing campaigns (online and offline), generating leads, nurturing customer relationships and supporting the brand’s positioning in the Spanish healthcare space.

This is a cross-functional role, working closely with product, sales and design to ensure brand consistency and messaging impact. You’ll also be in charge of monitoring marketing performance , managing the budget, and continuously optimizing based on results.


MORE PRECISELY, YOU WILL

  • Define and lead the marketing strategy for Spain, focusing on growth, revenue, and customer success.
  • Design and execute self-service marketing campaigns that drive upselling and cross-selling through our platform.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, SEO/SEM, automation) to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
  • Optimize the content and product experience for AI-driven recommendation engines and assistant-based searches.
  • Track KPIs and ROI , manage budgets, and continuously optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and business objectives.

  • +6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role within the SaaS/tech industry (B2B strongly preferred).
  • Proven expertise in demand generation, inbound marketing, and marketing automation .

  • Track record in driving growth through product-led or self-service marketing initiatives .

Leadership opportunity at a fast-growing Series B Adtech with a global footprint across the US and Europe. Looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead the global marketing strategy, drive GTM execution, and scale.

  • Drive brand awareness and demand generation across key customer segments
  • Build and execute content strategies to support upsell, cross-sell, and adoption
  • Partner with sales, product, and leadership on GTM plans

  • Implement data-driven dashboards that tie marketing to revenue outcomes


Requirements:

  • B2B Marketing leadership and AdTech experience essential
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth
  • Strong background in customer messaging, positioning, and demand generation
  • Excellent communicator with entrepreneurial mindset


Location: Flexible Hybrid, Barcelona HQ
