Somos una empresa innovadora que opera con diferentes marcas en el sector de la cosmética profesional desde hace más de 60 años. Bien posicionados en más de 80 países, con filiales en Italia, Bélgica, Reino Unido, República Dominicana, Colombia y USA. Nuestro objetivo es convertirnos en un grupo líder a nivel internacional. Buscamos un/a responsable de Marketing Global para nuestra sede en Alcoy.

En este rol, serás el nexo entre los equipos globales y nuestras filiales internacionales. Participarás en la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de lanzamientos, campañas y estrategias comerciales, colaborando de forma transversal con los equipos implicados.

Responsabilidades
  • Apoyar a los equipos locales en la ejecución de estrategias de Marketing adaptadas a cada mercado, asegurando su alineación con el plan global y protegiendo la coherencia del posicionamiento de marca.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de ventas, marketing, producto y operaciones para asegurar la correcta implementación y viabilidad económica de las estrategias en cada mercado.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y análisis de los lanzamientos y campañas en los distintos mercados, en colaboración con los equipos locales, evaluando su evolución, rentabilidad e impacto a través de métricas clave (KPI).
  • Analizar las tendencias y comportamientos de nuestros clientes target y la competencia directa, para identificar oportunidades de nuevos productos o activaciones.
  • Actuar como nexo entre los equipos globales y las filiales en la construcción de sus planes de marketing locales a partir de las directrices globales, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y fluida.
  • Acompañar en la gestión de las campañas y promociones globales, asegurando su adecuada implementación en cada mercado.
  • Coordinar la estandarización de políticas comerciales, estrategias de pricing y planes de discontinuación del portfolio.
Requisitos
  • Título universitario en Marketing, Administración, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en marketing global, preferiblemente en la industria cosmética.
  • Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos de mercado y ventas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Inglés avanzado, oral y escrito; otros idiomas serán valorados.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente.

About The Role

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in our global demand generation efforts. Your primary focus will be driving global demand aligned with our go-to-market strategy. You will lead a high-potential team to deliver effective multi-channel marketing campaigns and work closely with internal stakeholders for operational alignment and pipeline creation.

This leadership role places you at the heart of our marketing organization, owning the lead lifecycle, tracking and driving marketing-sourced revenue, and collaborating with Product Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and SDR teams.

Key responsibilities include overseeing Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Web, and Programs/Campaigns (including Social). This position is remote, reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a data-driven Growth Marketing team focused on outcomes and aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and execute demand generation strategies and resource allocation for digital and campaign initiatives to support revenue goals.
  • Develop multi-quarter omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand.
  • Drive and oversee Marketing Operations to optimize lead lifecycle in collaboration with RevOps and SDR teams.
  • Optimize processes related to marketing automation, including systems integration, data enrichment, database health, scoring, nurture, and product-led initiatives.
  • Develop and optimize reporting to measure effectiveness, define success metrics, and iterate campaigns for better performance.
  • Manage our website as a strategic program contributing to our targets, ensuring alignment with SEO and content teams.
  • Collaborate with field and events marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, and technical teams.
  • Partner with Sales, SDRs, leadership, and RevOps to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and initiatives.
  • Manage the global budget for digital tools, agencies, and initiatives within the Growth Marketing team.
What You Have
  • 8+ years in marketing, with progressive leadership roles.

The Position

The Global Marketing Manager leads the development of innovative product marketing programs for a number of healthcare insights digital products with primary emphasis on the navify Clinical Hub. As a part of the Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Team, this individual helps shape the product strategy, including ensuring a strong understanding of user and buyer personas, and a clear and differentiated product value proposition. The Opportunity:

We are seeking candidates with strong expertise in developing and executing product marketing strategies, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with clinical workflow software, or in commercializing software solutions for use in a clinical setting, is a plus. The individual brings a proven track record to drive results, successfully collaborates in cross-functional teams and is a self-motivated leader with strong business acumen and work ethic. Affiliate experience and a good understanding of the medical and clinical landscape is important.

You will be responsible for:

  • Development of a strong and differentiated product value proposition, in collaboration with product, market development and other teams.

  • Collaborate with Market Development on the products’ GTM strategy. Lead development of messaging and collaborate across global and affiliate teams to develop aligned product marketing plans.

  • Sales enablement: Activate sales teams through training and compelling sales materials, including sales decks, demos, and other customer-facing collateral.

  • Marketing campaigns: Collaborate within the Marketing and Customer Programs team as well as with the Lifecycle team and affiliates to integrate product(s) into prioritized campaigns, or develop stand-alone product campaigns as dictated through our marketing prioritization process.

  • Commercial activation: Support regions and affiliates in selling “scale-it” products

Who you are:

  • We are looking for an experienced marketer with3+ years of relevant experience to join our RIS marketing team.

  • A bachelor's degree in a technical or science field is required; a degree in marketing and/or an MBA is preferred.

  • Experience in the clinical area or clinical marketing - especially in the field of clinical workflows - is preferred.

  • Self-motivated individual and collaborative team player. Good business acumen, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
