Main responsibilities include:

  • Defining the IS urbanisation and transformation stages.
  • Ensuring the IS is correctly structured to meet business goals and support sustainable growth.
  • Participating in designing, documenting, and maintaining the Enterprise architecture Framework.
  • Promoting architecture practices within a governance framework.
  • Preparing and participating in architecture reviews and workshops.
  • Helping define product lifecycle impacts on IS and analyzing technical debt.
  • Producing and maintaining architecture blueprints and diagrams.

Internal and External Relationships:

  • Internal: Directors, Security team, Business owners, Strategy & PMO teams, Product & Tech teams, IT managers, Project Managers.
  • External: Technology partners and suppliers, Business partners.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an Architecture department within a multinational organization.
  • Experience in the services sector, especially travel and digital.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ZACHMAN, PRAXEME).
  • Master's degree or equivalent, strong knowledge of information systems.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Skills:

  • Experience with architecture practices (TOGAF, MDM, BPM), methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, DevOps), and standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS).
  • Proficiency in modeling tools (UML, BPMN, ArchiMate), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and software engineering.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with curiosity and innovation mindset.

We are looking for a Sr Fleet Manager who is responsible for the safety, compliance and availability of the Fleet in their respective region in Spain. The candidate will need to determine the strategy of the team and understand where to simplify or extend solutions for the best outcome. This person will implement use of best practices and plays a central role within the larger fleet organization.

Key Functions For The Role Include

  • Be the regional lead for health and safety of fleet. They will ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations by performing audits and collating regional feedback through partnership with Fleet Compliance and Safety teams.
  • Be the Single Threaded Leader for product and program launching across the ES regions. The Sr Fleet Manager will launch fleet operations initiatives and fleet-related programs. To be successful in this role, the Sr Fleet Manager is required to be a domain fleet expert, having deep knowledge of the conditions of local markets. The Sr Fleet Manager will support ES country expansion launches by building mechanisms to help manage the fleet.
  • Strategically influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to solve complex operational needs. The Sr Fleet Manager is responsible for defining a program with clear tenets and deliverables, and align stakeholders to achieve long-term priorities. They will be required to demonstrate the ability to negotiate and influence, showing backbone while dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage volatile vehicle demand across ES and make trade-offs between short-term and long-term risks. React to potential long-term risks with vehicle demand/supply and support strategic changes to mitigate them in ambiguous, vehicle-constrained markets. This will require technical expertise to balance tradeoffs between cost, quality, and speed.
  • This role will be based in one of our delivery station within ES, and requires ability to travel 20-30% of time across the assigned region.

Your Role


  • Assisting in sales and setting up new customer accounts
  • Ordering samples and documentation for customers and following up with them
  • Entering quotations and sales orders, following up and keeping the customer informed on the status of orders
  • Co-ordinate the arrival of goods with the Purchasing Department to ensure delivery on time
  • Generate and prepare export documentation and liaise with HQ for export information and documentation
  • Manage customers through open and interactive communication
  • Identify and assess customer needs.
  • Manage customer complaints by following up to ensure their resolution
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communication and coordination with other departments



Your Skills and Experience


  • Previous and recent experience of at least 2-3 years in the administrative area in a related field with excellent customer service skills.
  • We will consider you to bring higher education in the field of economics (ADE, Business Administration, etc.) or chemistry, among other related training.
  • High level of English
  • Desire to be part of a fast growing company with the opportunity to progress as a professional.

Yendo más en detalle, las principales funciones son…

- Supervisión del almacén y coordinación de la operativa diaria.

- Gestión de distribuidores y tiendas de exportación (Business Development & Customer Service).

- Apoyar a la acción comercial en el día a día, proporcionando propuestas de mejora y acciones de incremento de negocio.

- Asistir a ferias nacionales e internacionales.

- Responder y gestionar las consultas de clientes de forma oportuna y precisa, por diferentes canales (teléfono, email, chat…)

- Gestionar la operativa de los pedidos de venta (nacional, exportación, online) optimizando su envío en tiempo y forma.

- Dar soporte a las incidencias, ofreciendo soluciones y alternativas adecuadas dentro de los plazos establecidos.

- Coordinación logística con nuestra web y marketplaces.

Y lo que buscamos es…

- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia previa en puestos de Atención al Cliente, Administración Comercial o similares

- Grado o titulación superior, preferiblemente en ADE, Economía o similar. Se valorará especialmente un Máster en Comercio Internacional.

- Experiencia en la gestión y desarrollo de clientes B2B y B2C, incluyendo grandes cuentas y entornos internacionales.

- Experiencia en eCommerce y marketplaces (Amazon, Decathlon, etc.).

- Conocimiento de procesos logísticos y de gestión de almacén.

- Experiencia en negocios online o vinculados al mundo digital.

- Nivel avanzado de Excel y del paquete Office en general.

- Experiencia en el uso de herramientas informáticas de gestión de empresas.

- Iniciativa, capacidad de análisis, innovación y comunicación.

- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y también de forma autónoma.

- Orientación a resultados.

- Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

- Ingles avanzado y, muy valorable otros idiomas como francés, italiano, portugués, alemán,…

- Disponibilidad para viajar y asistir a ferias.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera híbrida.
