A truly special luxury boutique hotel project is looking for a passionate and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to join the pre-opening team before the end of the year . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up environment, loves guest interaction, and is excited to help shape a new standard of relaxed, five-star luxury service. The kitchen has been designed by a 3-Michelin-star chef and the restaurant will have around 60 covers.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven pre-opening experience in high-end hospitality.
- A strong passion for wine —you’ll be responsible for building the wine cellar and leading its development.
- A natural host—someone who loves to be on the floor and makes guests feel truly special .
- Able to work closely with the Executive Chef (who will manage his own team recruitment).
- A leader without ego—collaborative, thoughtful, and aligned with a luxury but down-to-earth style.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English fluency required.
- Creative vision and genuine excitement for being part of a long-term project .
- Comfortable living and working in a remote, rural location .
- Open to couples —a Chef & F&B Manager duo would be ideal.
Main Responsibilities
- Take the lead on pre-opening activities including setup of systems, service style, team structure, and supplier sourcing.
- Create a wine programme from scratch, including building a cellar and leading wine education for both staff and guests.

About the Role
We are looking for a driven, proactive and adaptable Financial Accountant with an eye to detail to join our Finance Team. Reporting directly to our CFO you will:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the company’s finance operations including Accounts Receivable and Revenue, Accounts Payables, and Reconciliation activities; this includes ensuring all financial transactions, and systems are accurate and follow our internal procedure.
- Issue invoices to clients and follow up on payments.
- Record, categorize, and follow up on supplier payments.
- Monitor and process employee expenses and office expenses.
- Work with local accountants and provide all the necessary paperwork needed for filing local taxes monthly (revenue, profit, and expense reporting).
- Manage petty cash.
- Ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns, regulatory submissions, and compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws.
We are looking for candidates
- With at least 8 years of demonstrable experience in Accounting and Administration.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written (additional languages of French and Spanish is a plus).
- An independent worker and multitasker.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and thorough.
- A good understanding of allocating costs across various locations would be beneficial.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Office Suite.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of anticipating challenges and implementing solutions efficiently.

An Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.
What will I be doing?
As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Oversee operations of Food and Beverage outlets
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the team
- Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Work within budgeted guidelines
- Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
- Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Deputize for the Food and Beverage Manager in their absence
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
What are we looking for?
An Assistant Food and Beverage Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- At least 4 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management at a supervisory level and above:
- A first degree in Culinary Management or any related field;
